- Sky News US analyst Michael Ware says he thinks former president Barack Obama is being a “statesman” after he failed to endorse Kamala Harris as the Democrat nominee.
President Biden endorsed Kamala Harris to replace him as the Democrat nominee but Mr Obama made no mention of the Vice President in his statement.
“We do know that President Obama, who was so closely tied with President Biden, has a great voice within the party. So perhaps he’s just being statesman-like,” Mr Ware told Sky News Australia.
