Looks like a viable option for cook- ing especially it being as compactas it is. Place thin foods opposite direction of grill grates.

I prefer those tripod grills that you can raise and lower over the fire. Have you tried those? Only problem is the grill is bulky. If someone could combine that design with the foldable grill from this one, I think it would be a number one seller!
