That was great it annoyed me when they all stood there getting offended saying come on man. He had a point not a single one including the princess Megan couldn’t have seen eighteen plates sitting there and say hay somethings wrong here. The tape clearly show that he said we need twelve not eighteen. They talk about Milly sabotaging it wasn’t just him they all did.
Randy’s elimination was shocking compared to how badly Josh messed up the service, and they could’ve bled an episode of drama based on how this service ended for ratings. I wonder if his threats of physical violence in his confessional (strangling) did him in.
I think it was actually the numerous physical threats he kept making towards people and then being very vague about how people won't like him after making these threats. Genuinely makes me think dude might need some therapy and to chill out in life.

why has literally no one ragged on Milly being responsible for sabtogating Randy by setting up 16 plates and then blaming him for it in the confessionals like what?
You clearly don't get how this works. You create a special night. Something people will remember. Often the restaurants or venues will donate some or all of the food. Regardless, because it's special, wealthy donors want to come. You charge them a fortune for it. They donate on top of that. It's not rocket science, people. Try raising funds at McDonald's. See how far it gets you.

Some of our projects even include a safe school campus for young girls in rural Kenya, an area that was rife with teen marriages and FGM. We only have one convention each year in California (and a mini convention in Tennessee) and even then we don’t really serve some Gordon Ramsay food. It’s box lunches that we and a group of volunteers pack the night before. But the donors and their pledges come through and with it we can change people’s lives. These guys invite rich people who wanted to be seen, serve fancy dishes, yet all they just do is raise awareness? They could have at least done 10x of what we had accomplished.

People blatantly sabotage a man and then want to act as if he is in the wrong for getting mad and calling them out for their terrible behavior is always a nice reveal of who they are and what they were doing to others growing up.

Spoiler Alert: Randy is eliminated this episode. I actually enjoyed him on Season 14, would have been nice to see him back on Season 17 All-Stars.
Season 17 is for black jacket contestants only, but hopefully, there will be a season for non-black jacket contestants.
