Great Video, it's a blessing for me. I was taking anti allergic from around 2 months and when I started jal neti I got relief in 3-4 days and now I don't need any anti allergic medicine. Thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is very helpful with everything I have at home - I almost bought a neti pot, but thankfully with your video, I can work on my practice right away! Appreciate your share!
Good video. One small item to point out based on what I learnt is: after sucking the water in, the mouth could be kept open to make water flow out rather than closing the mouth and taking sucked water in to stomache.
This is much better then net pot. Dr Hansaji did explay what and with sucking that salt water will help that water hous deep in and cower all sinuses. I was using that net pot but not soch help. Like they say, you can hawe all the tool but if you don't know how to use it, you can't make anything. Big thanks for honesty and profesionalaty !
I genuinely enjoy using my Neti Pot. I enjoy breathing deeply and being able to smell everything around me. Can taste my food more better as well. Thank you for this video.
*Recently my nose start to clog up randomly during night or day so I start using Nasivion nasal drops even though it open up my nostril I don't think it is the best solution as it contain preservatives. Thanks for teaching the natural way of cleaning nasal passage without any neti pot Hansa Ma*
Hello Ma'am, I don't know if you will read it or not, but I tried Jal Neti following this video. I have severe allergies and suffer from severe sneezing problem. I used to take allopathic medicines that had side effects and make me feel sleepy for two days. Today morning, when my sneezing started I decided to try Jal Neti and I was shocked when my sneezing stopped immediately and my head felt so light. I will do this regularly now. Thank you for this video.
Since last week I m also feeling not well blocked nose n last four days I lost feeling smell n taste... I feel heaviness around my nose n forehead.... can u plz suggest can I do this? Plz
@@sneha8110 Yes, you can try. No harm. It may feel a little weird in the beginning and you may not be able to do it properly initially but it still helps. I haven’t seen the sneezing episode in my life since the day I started doing it and I don’t even do it daily. Just once or twice a week. Also, make sure these are not symptoms of corona. Get tested. In any case, you can try. But be careful. Don’t try to force if you are not able to do it. Jitna hoga theek hai
Good morning mam, I am watching ur almost all the videos very carefully and use to write those notes. But while doing jal neti the water goes into throats and then snizzing starts, so is it better to do this kriya with Jal neti pot? Because I have done many times and found it's comfortable.
Namaste, You can use a pot to start with and slowly try using your palms. Its about practice and with practice you will eb able to do Jalneti effectively
Thank you so much The Yoga Institute and Ms.Hansaji Yogendra 🙏🕉️😊 For teaching me this Kriya personally while I was at the institute in Mumbai..I still practice.. whenever I feel like or have blocked nostrils ..it feels really great
But it looks like this practice will increase sodium consumption inadvertently!! Since the water doesn't come out of the other nostril as much but might instead go down the throat and get swallowed. It's around a teaspoon or more extra of salt in addition to the diet, and will leave a salty unpleasant taste in the throat. Is that true?
I think you can. My sister does it regularly to her son (2 years old). He tends to have a lot of mucus in his nose so the doctor recommended her to do this. The only thing is, she doesn't put salt in the water. And she uses a syringe without the needle to pump the water in his nostrils, but your daughter is probably old enough to understand how to sniff in the water.
Please instruct what is to be done with the portion of water that comes in to the throat. Whether to be to gulped down or not? In the demonstration it is not clear.
Mam does it effect to ears?because I have problem of cold becase of that my ears are always blocked and sometimes i get ear pain ,,,and doctors told it's a eustachian tube problem...so is it helpful for that also????
