    I order wine from a winery online and its never been an issue. Never had to go to a LCBO to get local wine. Specially since every LCBO in my area doesn't carry mead.

    The government's job concerning booze is to facilitate availability and collect taxes. It is not the government's job to provide employment for hundreds or thousands of people
    when Mom and Pops can do the job without demanding better wages and benefits. That's just the reality.

    most big or mom and pop stores dont want drunks or thieves with guns in their stores by stocking booze as crime is only getting worse.

      They have the option not to participate. Many grocery stores are already not participating because of the stupid rule that if they are bigger than 4000 sqft they need to accept, wash, store and recycle alcohol empties like The Beer Store.😂😂

    The LCBO Has been ripping Ontario people off for long enough they overcharge for liquor in the states, I can get two 1.750 Bottles of Smirnoff vodka $50 ca in Ontario, it would cost me $75 for one that is a huge difference

    Everyone whos scared that ull be able to buy booze 24/7 now is wrong. I very much assume there will be times of the day corner stores wont allow the sale at like 4am. The alcohol section will just be closed

      That's what they do at corner/convenience stores in Quebec. Turn the lights off in the "alcohol section" at 10 pm. You can still try to purchase it(me😆) but they won't sell it to the customer.

    Ontario’s dependency on alcohol is concerning. Exposed by the LCBO strike…The province is one giant drunk tank…I’ve been off the sauce for a few years. I’m a spectator to citizens struggling to get a taste… I feel your pain…Cheers!

      You can legally buy a bottle of Jack Daniels from a bar or restaurant to go since the pandemic. Yes you probably have to pay a premium but you don’t have to drive to the LCBO.😂😂
