Law Enforcement forbids me a victim all of my victims rights protections in severe criminal offenses against me and my children!
I'm a disabled African American Veteran railroaded in Memphis TN. I was attacked by the son of a local Memphis fire chief who is a felon and he had an illegal weapon which is in the possession of the court. It had no serial numbers. The court psychiatrist said my constitional and civil rights were violated. I have the warrant from the judge to get the weapon. The cops put my name on the list with the weapon.

How about how covid-19 affected all addicts the most. How about the fact that addiction is a disease and when covid hit and everything just came to a halt and all addicts taking or participating in any kind of classes or counseling for their addiction pretty much lost all support they had in maintaining sobriety; on top of dealing with the pain and humiliation of having their children taken from their care. Resulting later in having their parental rights terminated and kids adopted out. Is there anyone willing to help a struggling addict fight for a better life of sobriety and keeping her family intact??

I paid for a product at my local lowes and when I came with my uhaul to pick up my purchase ( 6 door double door frames) and when I arrived the store managers told me that I couldn’t buy the frame because someone else came and paid more for the frames so they sold to the other customer. The. Store manager also said that I could afford the doors that came with the frames . I told the managers that I didn’t need doors and I just wanted frames and I could have paid for doors but I already have doors for the frames . Then the one manager said “ but you have to get the doors custom build to the frames and I know that you don’t want to pay that much for custom doors. They were questioning my ability to pay for the doors . I was so insulted and note: they were saying all of this in front of customers and staff . The store manager actually told me that my purchase was not enough so we resold my purchase. The two managers also told me that I didn’t have a receipt and I informed them that I did have a receipt . They also didn’t believe that the uhaul on the outside was not mine so. Had to show them the receipt for that as well . The initial store associate that help me pay for the door frames spoke on my behalf and told the two managers that I did purchase the door frames and that he was the one that helped me secure the purchase and when the store associate left the managers said that he didn’t know what he was talking about and that he shouldn’t have sold them to me . Then I replied “ so you do know that I bought the frames then right ?. They insisted that they can’t prove that I purchase the frame , now because they can not fine the purchase in the system . This is after I showed Id , card that I purchased the frames with , and having the store associate proving to them that I paid and I still haven’t been reimbursed for the frame as of yet. There is more to this story. I need an attorney please someone help me get justice . Ps I was treaded so poorly that I start a audio recording of some of this incident. They one manager also started to stated racist undertones as well . I never pull the race card so please understand this was so discriminatory that its basic was monetary and racially motivated. I have filed a complaint to the lowes corporation but still no response from them . Thanks

Kind of sounds like religious prosecution if you think about it. That goes against your first amendment freedom of religion. You could probably make a case out of that but i’m not a professional so look into it hope it helped a little

CPS never interviewed me about it at all.They just went along with it.If my wife's son came downstairs naturally I would of offered him pizza no matter if he ate but he never came downstairs and I didn't think it was a big deal because he already ate his lunch.How they are claiming neglect and abuse is an extreme lie.

How can I find an attorney in Atlanta? My family had to hire me an attorney…so some how my state pointed attorney had signed a waiver to end a protective order?? Which my hired attorney says when they did this… it removed the children. Though I was left there at the court house by myself to sign only a safety plan with dfcs… instead they told me that they removed the children because someone said I had no power or water in my house. (This is incorrect because they came to my house and have done four home tour prior to even a trunancy court date or paperwork was signed by a judge to have a court date.

I would say try searching up civil rights attorney and allow location there is usually a bunch of ads and then you can do some research and that might help you figure out someone who fits your price range and has had a successful cases

What would you recommend for a persons rights have been violated in Broward county Florida by an adult protective services that violated my constitutional rights. When I told him I didn’t consent to their services and to get out of my house and they’re still pursuing things when I said that I don’t want their services I went and made my friend my power of attorney to protect me and my assets now they’re trying to suspend her power of attorney and put me in state custody and assigned me a guardian and remove her from my care. I just want to save my kids. If anyone knows how to fight CPS without a lawyer I’d appreciate the info. I can’t afford the only lawyer willing to help. The local attorney took all of my money and did nothing. She said we couldn’t present evidence, subpoena people or appeal the judge’s decisions. Meanwhile two of my kids are stuck in a horrible foster home. Their two older brothers (who still live with me) and I haven’t been allowed to visit since 8/1/20. CPS has not talked to us or any witnesses. They just write down whatever the foster mother says as fact. Even our County Supervisor, who knows the foster mother, told CPS that no child should be placed in laced in that home. Yet they are still there when there are two empty foster homes available. The one time they were in court the foster mother got caught coaching my boy on what to say. If she’s doing that in court just imagine what she’s doing in private! There’s 8 people with only one teenage boy in the house. I am literally driving 92 miles every school day to get my oldest two to and grime school just to avoid the foster mother. She has already lied about the older two. I don’t want to give her a chance to make up more lies. She’s trying to get me fired she goes around our tiny town slandering the boys and I. She has totally isolated my girl from everyone who knows her. This is just the most basic stuff that is going on. All I want to do is save my kids. How can I do that if I don’t have the nearly $20,000 for an attorney? This woman called our preacher to tell him that I was “going to get it” when she finds out that I was the one who reported her to the state. Now on top of CPS retaliating against me, she is trying to get the names of those who reported her released. So in a week when they release my name as one of the reporters what am I supposed to do to protect my boys and me? She is literally the town bully and the cops won’t do anything until she actually acts. Please if anyone knows what I can do I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
