Good afternoon Mr. Davis. My name is Hailey. First off I would like to thank you for the services you provide, the information and help you provide to parents is priceless. For the last 7 months I have been watching your videos relentlessly trying to figure out what to do, I have even called into your show desperately trying to get on air with you. After about my 8th call into your office I finally received a call back. Unfortunately I spoke to a man who was not in the slightest friendly, that left me kind of frustrated. I decided to comment here in hopes of making contact with you. Watching this video has raised some questions about the legality of removal of my children. There was no court order, there were 16+ unsubstantiated or unfounded reports in the year or so before removal, and my kids were not removed from home, they were removed from school... I have caught the SW lying about my visitation schedule during court, I made sure to let it known to the judge. We have been trying to find a middle ground with these people, they want us to give 110% but they can't manage to lean in to give 2%. The day they came and decided upon removal had nothing to do with something I myself or my husband had done, but something my 10 year old, who is a very troubled young boy, did on his way to school on the bus! Not only that, but of course they removed all three of my boys. These people have turned me into a nervous wreck, their demands have cost my husband his job and have traumatized my autistic 8 year old and my 7 year old as well. Their demands are ridiculous and they DO NOT CARE to understand that because of where we live, our visitation, random drug testing (even though we've never given a dirty test before), and any appointments or meetings they have us going to is a round trip of 50 miles. Our visitation schedule alone (2 hours per visit, 2 days a week) is a 100 mile round trip! I have been denied help getting a job, and told to focus on our case plan. We have been left in a position where we aren't able to even pay all our monthly bills! If by some miracle this reaches you, we are two parents who never deserved to have our kids taken away. I agree with you 100%... When my children were taken from my custody, I immediately did some research did some homework to help myself to get my children back. When I read about the 4th and 14th constitutional amendment rights that gave us protection from infringement by the states and federal government and deprived by the states as well as federal government. At my first court appreance i met my appointed attorney and told him about my rights being violated and his exact words was... "Oh well there isn't anything we can do about it now, so we'll just continue was the case". So when they gave me a case plan to complete so I can ge my kids back, I completed it ALL the classes, attended every court hearing, visits with my children, and made every phone call I was allowed to make to them. But after I completed everything the judge still denied me my custody back back of my kids and her exact words as to why is "the children are at a stable home and all together, and they dont want to jepordize that baised off of the POSSIBILITY of me continuing to do good.
I had custody of my older granddaughter, third party, since she was born in 1999. There were never any problems. In 2007 my other granddaughter was born, was in foster care, I found out, was a councilwoman in another city, enth to court, stood up, not knowing grandparents had no rights, and said, " excuse me judge, I am this child's maternal grandmother, I will take her home now." The judge said, " you have no rights, basically, sit down." After court, the GAL began talking, I told him my credentials, he took note, worked to get her home. But, nothing. Then a social worker needed to talk at our council meeting. I helped her get a spot and told her who I was, my story. My grandbaby was home. Then another social worker worked hard for a year to discredit me, my past, and get the baby away from me. She had other plans for her. The worker put this baby through hell in winter months, interrupting sleep, feeding foods she was allergic to,, keeping her lost so I would worry, run in unannounced visits. My poor grandbaby was getting so sick, black circles under her eyes, diaper rashes from being left wet, feeding acidic foods....then I was ordered to an FTDM told not to bring the baby. I was at the head of a crowded elongated table, small room, all were present, dad, mom, workers , GAL, (a prior DEA officer in LA) foster group head who was a judas...no support...I was interrogated from 10 am to 12:30 pm, the door locked, me claustrophobic , holding on. Prior to the FTDM, I had received several calls from our advocate group telling me not to do a state psych evaluation because this with the blessing of their paid judge would get both children and I would be admitted to an instutition! Finally, needing insulin for my type 1 diabetes, a drink of water, food, bathroom, all denied, I decided the only way, after the warning, was *confirmed, to bring in the baby and jump out to save my older granddaughter. Taking her would have killed her and losing her sister almost did. I decided to hire my own psych evaluator phd, go to court! get her back home...the evaluation great, I know this....and more.. Everyone...legislators, prosecuting atty, CPS district mngr, the advocate group, went to court with me and a part time paid attorney...(a joke) the social worker, the GAL, and the judge said, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and denied her return. Her sister later tried to kill herself. We had lived together for a year, and had just had a beautiful Christmas and New Year, then I took her in on that horrible day we will never forget in 2009. My defacto petition wasn't entered as promised which took me to writing my own appeal, denied, then to Supreme Court where they waited until the adoption was signed, rendering a decision of moot. While in the FTDM , needing insulin, I vaguely remember a blank piece of paper slid to me and I was ordered to sign it. I to this day do not know what it was. I feel that what they did through medical coercion, holding back my medical needs, my having no support, no attorney, was criminal. My doctor agreed and was beside himself. He knew we were happy. I was set up to be criminally coerced into surrendering my grandbaby, my housekeeper/ babysitter for that day, a witness. These people are criminals, worse than any Mafia I have ever heard of and then I later viewed a video that went viral where she is around 3 years old saying her daddy, (adopted) is coming in her room with no clothes on. How do you think I feel? Everyone that is anyone knows what happened and since judges rule the planet, the president, we have no rights to stop anything other than stooping to their criminal level which is why our prisons are overcrowded...It's been 10 years this month since that day and even after packing up 5 fresh new large bags of her toys , food, and clothing, I came home and took a picture of her empty crib. Her sister remains lost. I don't know where she is to this day. CPS destroyed our family. My daughter was allowed to keep her unborn child if she signed the adoption papers. She got cancer a year ago. I don't know where the father went. He was destroyed. My daughter has 2 children and a great husband and in-laws at home who she relies on , and is a devout Christian who helps others in need. She misses her baby, not allowed to let her presence be known from a distance, once a year. Even with proof there is no judge that will go up against the states, their assistant attorney generals. I actually asked the attorney general if I could buy her back. " The Safe children and family act of 1997...pays states to adopt children out of foster care within one year. Get the book called, remembering Cynthia rose at your local library. Type in senator Nancy Schaefer and know who you are up against. Good looking babies are in high demand. What happened is we practically raised her and after the parents lost all rights to the child The CPS figured the grandparents had no right to the child. So we got a good attorney and the judge sided with us. CPS made a settlement with us. They agreed to pay for the adoption, an attorney fee for the adoption.
Everything you’ve said happened in my case and more! I also have proof including video, recorded conversations, complaints filed and I’ve spoken out in front of our County Board of Commissioners regarding these issues! Where I live though it’s very difficult to find a civil rights attorney! I Eve have a witness, I always brought or had a friend with me every time I met with any social worker and then the social worker lied under oath! Caseworkers knew I had home security, they didn’t know where my cameras were! To be 100 percent innocent for almost a year after my daughter was taken illegally was beyond traumatizing for myself and daughter! Adjudication finally came after 11 months and my attorney and myself never even had to put on our side. DSS and my husband’s attorney did not want adjudication dismissed, but the judge dismissed it which is very rare! Now, children in foster care have tripled in one year! This is sickening, evil taking children for profit. Myself, a retired local cop and another friend did a lot of investigation, and come to find out one of the head Foster Care supervisors owned a private adoption agency. Conflict of interest?!?! YES! I could honestly write a book on the corruption regarding CPS/DSS, police and everyone who contracts with them including psychologists, GAL’s and the list goes on. I don’t really care about the money, but holding them accountable and taking away their money (what they care most about) is the only way to raise awareness about CPS is acting as a corporation, not at all in the best interest of the child
On 8/7/2019 the mother of our children fell asleep in her home and her little children, who arent mine, go out of the house and wondered a couple of clocks away. Well I live 25 miles. CPS were called in and they made a choice to have the children removed. The mother said she told them to call me or that she could and that I'd come get them. The case worker denied her. And they took all her children including my offspring that we have together. And now their trying to use statements made by my offspring during an interrogation that night. But the reasons to me seems weak and one is false. They denied me my child during the emergency custody hearing and put my children in state custody. I'm also in the process of challenging a fraudulent order put in recently by CSS from one hearing I had back in 2012 where no decision was or order was ever decided. Now after 7 years they finally put an order in and are trying to get me for all these years for arrears. I believe them keeping my kids is a way for them to try to keep this fraud child support order alive.

No warrant, made us take drug test 2 days after with no court paper and my social worker came and got me two times and says he didn’t remember. I had to relenquish my rights I wasn't getting anywhere with my social worker or the courts there was no way I was going to be able to get my child back without doing drug court I relapsed once and they were trying to make me do a two year program. I couldn't talk to my daughter period they wouldn't let me talk in court. They wouldn't place my child with my family and they weren't trying to do anything to help our family. I heartbroken my 16 year old gets to choose what she wants to do this is crazy. I lost one of my children to a freak accident and now this and one of my other children hasnt been seen since he's been 8months old and he's 12 now and his grandmother took him. Cps said they couldn't do anything to help me get to see or talk to him either I couldn't get a transfer to another county anything. It all started with some ex city council officials in the town i was living in and then now this because of an argument I had with my teen they were in my visits my they were sending her money they helped her get an attorney and many other things not to mention they was my landlords. I am being wrongfully treated by dcfs here in Rockford Illinois. They removed my children on a safety plan based on me doing a only fans account and not having my medication as they said it was a mental health concern. They also said I was under the influence. But have no proof and no signs of neglect. I was told I didn’t have a choice where to place my son because his dad had rights to come get him and upon safety plan termination and many other policy violations they did not return my son and left him with the father. I haven’t seen my son since April 15 2022 and it’s heart breaking. My other son was returned. Dcfs in Rockford takes advantage of people who are poor and of color and I am filing a lawsuit. I need you for my case in wyoming! When dfs first showed up to my place they said I either do voluntary or they will come back and take my children and I will never get them back. My son's foster mom sat on my son's arm and head holding him down and left bruises screaming at him saying that she hated him and punched the wall and they can still foster. My visits with my son were taken for a month without court order because my dfs worker told her supervisor that my son tried jumping out of a moving vehicle which the vehicle was not moving and he was still buckled when he opened the door to give me a kiss. My case plan was complete and when I sat down with my dfs worker and asked why we were doing a new one because the first one was complete and her response was that is exactally why. I accepted a plea deal while I was in jail. I sat my time fighting with my boyfriend, who was spending my money, from dealing with my sister handling my father's estate. One major reason we were fighting was that his cousin was the arresting officer from my case. I had called 911 because of stalking and abuse and the police actually charged me and violated my civil rights and I became homeless. About two weeks after I became homeless his cousin started messaging me. The only reason I actually found out was because I got enraged listening to the evidence DVD where the cop was trying to get my ex-boyfriend to say I hurt him. he tries three times even going so far as to say "come on man you don't want to be punished for her actions" I got my paperwork to look at the officer's name wondering why he would have done that, and that's when I realized his cousin, who he vaguely mentioned was a cop, was the one from my case. I also spent my jail stay waiting to have surgery, my fourth one on my rear end , and having mental episodes from sexual abuse. I did try to get help with that, but with something psychological like that what could they understand to even help with. Because of my past and my addiction anytime I bring it up they just write it off as paranoia. 6 months after I pleaded guilty and got released and had surgery, the emergency room removed a plastic cap from my body. it was about twice the size of a shampoo cap. It had been put there unbeknownst to me, during a sexual encounter. The case is still open and his cousin is listed in the report. I'm getting kicked out of Catholic Charities now and on probation and diagnosed with PTSD. I've not had any income since December and have been getting denied stonewalled and recycled through all the government services and no Family center or domestic shelter will even let me in once they here the specifics of my situation. There's also a public Defenders husband and the son in law of a former police chief that have been involved, which is why nobody will go against that. I know this got kind of long but I can't find a lawyer that wiill even give me advice. The police chief just retired due to sexual assault allegations, I have photos from my security cameras showing Intruders in my home. have copies of police reports although I called several times and I don't actually have a single report showing I was a victim of any type except for the one listed above. I have Social Services reports involving a safety plan against me. at the time I thought I was getting help getting my life back and getting settled again for me and my two kids. I didn't realize they were avoiding a ton ability and not acknowledging what it actually happened. The two social workers involved in my case do not even work for the county anymore. I know I have probably about 12 different civil cases that are shoo-ins but this one was on expungement. I can't even get them to acknowledge I need services and now I have a drug felony from my abusive ex- boyfriend as he threw empty bags around after I informed him I had called the police. I have a case in Illinois where a child in fostercare was denied medical treatment for 3rd degree burns on his hand or fingers. The foster parent also has other children and I am seriously worried about all the children. Plus, here we have at least 5 children in a 2 bedroom house. If we turn the fosterparent in, we are worried that DCFS will retaliate and move the children farther away and/or not allow us to see them. The grandparents want to adopt but DCFS won't allow it. I need help I have been fighting cps for a year I have done everything that they asked me to like take a parenting class I've also taken a dv class I have not committed a crime for them to take my kids but this happened in Wisconsin my husband lives in California I lived in wi they took my kids saying that I was not keeping my kids or myself safe she only gave me a first court date not a Warrant to take my kids the social worker never Interviewed my lawyer never gave the judge the evidence I had he has not done anything I have asked him to the social worker told me I would get them back the 24th of March and she never turned in the paperwork but she did fill kidnapping charges against me so she could fly to California and remove my children during the stay at home order that was in place my children are now back in wi and I'm In California with my husband they have made almost every violation that they could in this case i just want to get my kids back we have asked numerous times for a transfer to be put in they have refused aslo we have concerns about are daughter and her behavior since they took her

1. You have the right to be left alone use Case Laws . 2. You are living human bring and you have a soul. The courts cannot adjudicate a child of GOD - human in courts. 3. Courts are working on presumption that you are unfit parent. Vociferous demand from the courts/CPS/Social worker/attorney that you are an unfit parent-"Make them prove it" with an signed affidavit/notarized under penalty of perjury. They will never sign it because they will be held liable for misrepresentation of facts/due process of and you can sue them MF's.. force them to show their paperwork or contract and if anyone signs any government forms/contract --- hot dam! you can sue them in "civil" courts. Social workers more than exaggerate things their training requires them to take a statement that is biased and then not right the statement but right notes, and then to wait for a couple of days and then right the report from memory. Idk about you but that seems like evidence tampering to me.

This is Gary again I found out yesterday in court that the foster parents have taken my kids out of state and the foster dad was in court yesterday and claimed my daughter didn't even know how to eat and that my boy didn't know how to walk or crawl witch is lies and I found out that my middle child had bruises in the inside of her thighs while in the foster parents care
They did not have a warrant when they took two of the four kids. The social worker who is the niece of the foster mother is the one who put them in her house. She is mentally and emotionally abusing my kids and her granddaughters. She is coaching them on what to say and do. The judge had to tell her to stop doing it in court (over Zoom). I have witnesses to her behavior. No one from CPS has ever talked to me or the older boys. The very first day the kids were with the foster mother she was telling them that she was going to adopt them. She is trying to get me fired from the school I work at. She has a recording of the Superintendent talking bad about her. I believe she is using that against him since he ultimately is the one who makes the decisions. The older boys and I have not even been allowed to visit with them since 8/1/20 based on lies told by the foster mother. We never even had a social worker at our visits. CPS left the scheduling and monitoring of our visits up to the foster mother. My 13 y/o nephew is the only male in a tiny 3 bedroom house with 6 girls and the foster mother. Is that even legal? There have been multiple requests to move the kids. There are at least two empty foster homes available nearby. But CPS refuses to move them. But they took away the educational rights that the judge gave the foster mother because she transferred their schools. They were moved back and forth between schools 5 times in less than a semester. How can they say they don’t trust her with the kids education but still refuse to move them? My nephew is being allowed to do dangerous things and my niece looks absolutely broken and depressed. I just want to save them before they become another statistic on the nightly news. I don’t have the money to hire a good attorney. They know that. If I did they would not be doing this. How can I fight them if I don’t have any money? Representing myself is not an option with this judge. The judge literally waved the Deputy off when he told her I was being threatened and said that she doesn’t deal with that. Everyone in that courtroom knows that the foster mother is threatening me and that I have witnesses. No one did anything. Not even the totally ineffective lawyer I gave all my money to. I’m literally driving 92 miles every school day to get my older boys to and from school just to avoid this woman yet she is saying that she wants to get a restraining order against me for harassment. I have had nothing to do with her in months. How can I fight this? I just want to protect and save all four of these kids.

I need your help. My children were removed by dcfs in Louisiana. They refused to let me see a coUrt order. They removed my children due to accusations of drug use but when i was willing to take the drug test they failed to provide one. HIPPA laws were completely violated. I was told my children were being placed in dcfs care in a public area outside while the caseworker was standing 10 ft away. I was told they were taken due to my mental health but they're no doctor and my documents state that i have no mental illnesses. Whom CPS originally placed the 1 1/2 year old with on Friday July 7th. There should've been a court hearing as per the rules and protocol in the law on Monday July 10. It did not happen. Instead CPS came and removed the child to someone else's care on the evening of Tuesday July 11. Then court was held on Thursday July 13. My understanding is the 14th Amendment was also violated under 42 USC 1982 Section 1983 Federal Law Protects individuals of their Civil Rights against Social workers. 1st taking a child without a warrant. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has held, taking children without a warrant unless there's emergency circumstances is a violation of Constitutional Rights. Thank You in advance ❤

How about if you put a order of protection on your in-laws for leaving a hand print on your 3 yr old and dcfs don't investigate the order or speak to the kids but come and take them from me and say I shouldn't be talking to my in-laws like that and take my kids and give them to the same monster I put the order of protection on. Then don't let me show my evidence in court and said I couldn't represent myself because I didn't go to college. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ No one cared about the abuse and went straight after the man. The least of the issues is that my niece and nephew are in a foster home with three bedrooms and eight people with only one boy. The social worker who put them there is the foster parents niece. They turned down another foster couple with over ten years of experience to leave them with a woman who is absolutely cruel to them. She even left the state and left all 7 kids (ages 5-17) home alone. She is a self admitted pot user. It’s a horrible situation. This county is incredibly corrupt. My lawyer said that as defacto parent I could only sit in the court and not have access to any of the documents. This county is so horrible and everyone knows it. But nobody will do anything! The foster parent was allowed to tell the State CPS workers who went to her house that they couldn’t go inside because she was afraid of COVID. This last weekend she had people inside the house with the virus. This whole county is corrupt from the bottom up. My kids need to be out of that house. But nobody will go up against Colusa County. They drag things out to make sure you go broke. The lawyer I had took my money and didn’t do anything. I found out today that you can appeal a denial of presumed mother status (she did not do that). I am totally lost and scared for my kids. Nobody actually cares about the kids! They just drag it out to the point where most people give up. But I can’t. And won’t. My daughter was reported for abandonment the aunt of the children said my daughter left the kids with her and didn't come back to get them and didn't leave a number or anything to be able to get in touch with her that is a lie and why dss didn't not come to our house to investigate I don't know . But the aunt came to our house and got the address where my daughter and children were . The aunt called my daughter and told her she was bringing police with her to get the kids. This isn't the only time she threatened my daughter dss was called on my daughter twice while she was in Beaufort. They found everything unfounded . The sister of the aunt told me that there s person was at dee talking to a family friend before she made reports . When the children was placed in the aunts care dss did not inform ups and we were closet kin . The dad of children was in prison when the dad got out of prison. Criminal cases and CPS cases have a different burden of proof. So DA’s may reject a case, that CPS thinks they can win because of the lawyer burden of proof.

They said my daughters house was not good enough to live in so they got the health department on her and they condemned the house. She even went as far as to tell the 15 yr old granddaughter to not talk to me and if she did they take her phone. And told her I called the law on the mother for taking her to the doctor. In which I swear I did not. Cps worker did it. The 13 years old granddaughter is being totally mistreated for needing help at the place she’s at and the 11 years old grandson is in a foster home where they allow a 15 and 16 years old to constantly beat him up so he is acting up severely. This case worker first came so sweet and said she wanted to keep the family together and all she’s doing is ripping us apart. Parents retain the right to be free from unnecessary services and free from discrimination regardless of disability status. I want to sue DCFS in federal court for discrimination. Good afternoon Mr. Davis. My name is Hailey. First off I would like to thank you for the services you provide, the information and help you provide to parents is priceless. For the last 7 months I have been watching your videos relentlessly trying to figure out what to do, I have even called into your show desperately trying to get on air with you. After about my 8th call into your office I finally received a call back. Unfortunately I spoke to a man who was not in the slightest friendly, that left me kind of frustrated. I decided to comment here in hopes of making contact with you. Watching this video has raised some questions about the legality of removal of my children. There was no court order, there were 16+ unsubstantiated or unfounded reports in the year or so before removal, and my kids were not removed from home, they were removed from school... I have caught the SW lying about my visitation schedule during court, I made sure to let it known to the judge. We have been trying to find a middle ground with these people, they want us to give 110% but they can't manage to lean in to give 2%. The day they came and decided upon removal had nothing to do with something I myself or my husband had done, but something my 10 year old, who is a very troubled young boy, did on his way to school on the bus! Not only that, but of course they removed all three of my boys. These people have turned me into a nervous wreck, their demands have cost my husband his job and have traumatized my autistic 8 year old and my 7 year old as well. Their demands are ridiculous and they DO NOT CARE to understand that because of where we live, our visitation, random drug testing (even though we've never given a dirty test before), and any appointments or meetings they have us going to is a round trip of 50 miles. Our visitation schedule alone (2 hours per visit, 2 days a week) is a 100 mile round trip! I have been denied help getting a job, and told to focus on our case plan. We have been left in a position where we aren't able to even pay all our monthly bills!
If by some miracle this reaches you, we are two parents who never deserved to have our kids taken away. Any time allotted to speak with you would be a godsend.

I agree with you 100%... When my children were taken from my custody, I immediately did some research did some homework to help myself to get my children back. When I read about the 4th and 14th constitutional amendment rights that gave us protection from infringement by the states and federal government and deprived by the states as well as federal government. At my first court appreance i met my appointed attorney and told him about my rights being violated and his exact words was... "Oh well there isn't anything we can do about it now, so we'll just continue was the case". So when they gave me a case plan to complete so I can ge my kids back, I completed it ALL the classes, attended every court hearing, visits with my children, and made every phone call I was allowed to make to them. But after I completed everything the judge still denied me my custody back back of my kids and her exact words as to why is "the children are at a stable home and all together, and they dont want to jepordize that baised off of the POSSIBILITY of me continuing to do good.

I had custody of my older granddaughter, third party, since she was born in 1999. There were never any problems. In 2007 my other granddaughter was born, was in foster care, I found out, was a councilwoman in another city, enth to court, stood up, not knowing grandparents had no rights, and said, " excuse me judge, I am this child's maternal grandmother, I will take her home now." The judge said, " you have no rights, basically, sit down." After court, the GAL began talking, I told him my credentials, he took note, worked to get her home. But, nothing. Then a social worker needed to talk at our council meeting. I helped her get a spot and told her who I was, my story. My grandbaby was home. Then another social worker worked hard for a year to discredit me, my past, and get the baby away from me. She had other plans for her. The worker put this baby through hell in winter months, interrupting sleep, feeding foods she was allergic to,, keeping her lost so I would worry, run in unannounced visits. My poor grandbaby was getting so sick, black circles under her eyes, diaper rashes from being left wet, feeding acidic foods....then I was ordered to an FTDM told not to bring the baby. I was at the head of a crowded elongated table, small room, all were present, dad, mom, workers , GAL, (a prior DEA officer in LA) foster group head who was a judas...no support...I was interrogated from 10 am to 12:30 pm, the door locked, me claustrophobic , holding on. Prior to the FTDM, I had received several calls from our advocate group telling me not to do a state psych evaluation because this with the blessing of their paid judge would get both children and I would be admitted to an instutition! Finally, needing insulin for my type 1 diabetes, a drink of water, food, bathroom, all denied, I decided the only way, after the warning, was *confirmed, to bring in the baby and jump out to save my older granddaughter. Taking her would have killed her and losing her sister almost did. I decided to hire my own psych evaluator phd, go to court! get her back home...the evaluation great, I know this....and more.. Everyone...legislators, prosecuting atty, CPS district mngr, the advocate group, went to court with me and a part time paid attorney...(a joke) the social worker, the GAL, and the judge said, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and denied her return. Her sister later tried to kill herself. We had lived together for a year, and had just had a beautiful Christmas and New Year, then I took her in on that horrible day we will never forget in 2009. My defacto petition wasn't entered as promised which took me to writing my own appeal, denied, then to Supreme Court where they waited until the adoption was signed, rendering a decision of moot. While in the FTDM , needing insulin, I vaguely remember a blank piece of paper slid to me and I was ordered to sign it. I to this day do not know what it was. I feel that what they did through medical coercion, holding back my medical needs, my having no support, no attorney, was criminal. My doctor agreed and was beside himself. He knew we were happy. I was set up to be criminally coerced into surrendering my grandbaby, my housekeeper/ babysitter for that day, a witness. These people are criminals, worse than any Mafia I have ever heard of and then I later viewed a video that went viral where she is around 3 years old saying her daddy, (adopted) is coming in her room with no clothes on. How do you think I feel? Everyone that is anyone knows what happened and since judges rule the planet, the president, we have no rights to stop anything other than stooping to their criminal level which is why our prisons are overcrowded...It's been 10 years this month since that day and even after packing up 5 fresh new large bags of her toys , food, and clothing, I came home and took a picture of her empty crib. Her sister remains lost. I don't know where she is to this day. CPS destroyed our family. My daughter was allowed to keep her unborn child if she signed the adoption papers. She got cancer a year ago. I don't know where the father went. He was destroyed. My daughter has 2 children and a great husband and in-laws at home who she relies on , and is a devout Christian who helps others in need. She misses her baby, not allowed to let her presence be known from a distance, once a year. Even with proof there is no judge that will go up against the states, their assistant attorney generals. I actually asked the attorney general if I could buy her back. " The Safe children and family act of 1997...pays states to adopt children out of foster care within one year. Get the book called, remembering Cynthia rose at your local library. Type in senator Nancy Schaefer and know who you are up against. Good looking babies are in high demand. What happened is we practically raised her and after the parents lost all rights to the child The CPS figured the grandparents had no right to the child. So we got a good attorney and the judge sided with us. CPS made a settlement with us. They agreed to pay for the adoption, an attorney fee for the adoption.

I also have proof including video, recorded conversations, complaints filed and I’ve spoken out in front of our County Board of Commissioners regarding these issues! To be 100 percent innocent for almost a year after my daughter was taken illegally was beyond traumatizing for myself and daughter! Adjudication finally came after 11 months and my attorney and myself never even had to put on our side. DSS and my husband’s attorney did not want adjudication dismissed, but the judge dismissed it which is very rare! Now, children in foster care have tripled in one year! This is sickening, evil taking children for profit. Myself, a retired local cop and another friend did a lot of investigation, and come to find out one of the head Foster Care supervisors owned a private adoption agency. Conflict of interest?!?! YES! I could honestly write a book on the corruption regarding CPS/DSS, police and everyone who contracts with them including psychologists, GAL’s and the list goes on.
I don’t really care about the money, but holding them accountable and taking away their money (what they care most about) is the only way to raise awareness about CPS is acting as a corporation, not at all in the best interest of the child

On 8/7/2019 the mother of our children fell asleep in her home and her little children, who arent mine, go out of the house and wondered a couple of clocks away. Well I live 25 miles. CPS were called in and they made a choice to have the children removed. The mother said she told them to call me or that she could and that I'd come get them. The case worker denied her. And they took all her children including my offspring that we have together. And now their trying to use statements made by my offspring during an interrogation that night. But the reasons to me seems weak and one is false. They denied me my child during the emergency custody hearing and put my children in state custody. I'm also in the process of challenging a fraudulent order put in recently by CSS from one hearing I had back in 2012 where no decision was or order was ever decided. Now after 7 years they finally put an order in and are trying to get me for all these years for arrears. I believe them keeping my kids is a way for them to try to keep this fraud child support order alive.

I had to relenquish my rights I wasn't getting anywhere with my social worker or the courts there was no way I was going to be able to get my child back without doing drug court I relapsed once and they were trying to make me do a two year program. I couldn't talk to my daughter period they wouldn't let me talk in court. They wouldn't place my child with my family and they weren't trying to do anything to help our family. I heartbroken my 16 year old gets to choose what she wants to do this is crazy. I lost one of my children to a freak accident and now this and one of my other children hasnt been seen since he's been 8months old and he's 12 now and his grandmother took him. Cps said they couldn't do anything to help me get to see or talk to him either I couldn't get a transfer to another county anything. It all started with some ex city council officials in the town i was living in and then now this because of an argument I had with my teen they were in my visits my they were sending her money they helped her get an attorney and many other things not to mention they was my landlords. I know this is alot to take in I'm just desperate they had more pull than me and used there power against me I feel and I don't know who to trust or talk to about this.

I am being wrongfully treated by dcfs here in Rockford Illinois. They removed my children on a safety plan based on me doing a only fans account and not having my medication as they said it was a mental health concern. They also said I was under the influence. But have no proof and no signs of neglect. I was told I didn’t have a choice where to place my son because his dad had rights to come get him and upon safety plan termination and many other policy violations they did not return my son and left him with the father. I need you for my case in wyoming! When dfs first showed up to my place they said I either do voluntary or they will come back and take my children and I will never get them back. My son's foster mom sat on my son's arm and head holding him down and left bruises screaming at him saying that she hated him and punched the wall and they can still foster. My visits with my son were taken for a month without court order because my dfs worker told her supervisor that my son tried jumping out of a moving vehicle which the vehicle was not moving and he was still buckled when he opened the door to give me a kiss. My case plan was complete and when I sat down with my dfs worker and asked why we were doing a new one because the first one was complete and her response was that is exactally why. I need your help in wyoming PLEASE.

I watched this video and wrote down answers to everything you brought up on here. I tried filling my case pro se and can't find a civil rights attorney that will take my case pro bono.
I accepted a plea deal while I was in jail. I sat my time fighting with my boyfriend, who was spending my money, from dealing with my sister handling my father's estate. One major reason we were fighting was that his cousin was the arresting officer from my case.
I had called 911 because of stalking and abuse and the police actually charged me and violated my civil rights and I became homeless. About two weeks after I became homeless his cousin started messaging me. The only reason I actually found out was because I got enraged listening to the evidence DVD where the cop was trying to get my ex-boyfriend to say I hurt him. he tries three times even going so far as to say "come on man you don't want to be punished for her actions" I got my paperwork to look at the officer's name wondering why he would have done that, and that's when I realized his cousin, who he vaguely mentioned was a cop, was the one from my case.
I also spent my jail stay waiting to have surgery, my fourth one on my rear end , and having mental episodes from sexual abuse. I did try to get help with that, but with something psychological like that what could they understand to even help with. Because of my past and my addiction anytime I bring it up they just write it off as paranoia.
6 months after I pleaded guilty and got released and had surgery, the emergency room removed a plastic cap from my body. it was about twice the size of a shampoo cap. It had been put there unbeknownst to me, during a sexual encounter. The case is still open and his cousin is listed in the report. I'm getting kicked out of Catholic Charities now and on probation and diagnosed with PTSD.
I've not had any income since December and have been getting denied stonewalled and recycled through all the government services and no Family center or domestic shelter will even let me in once they here the specifics of my situation. There's also a public Defenders husband and the son in law of a former police chief that have been involved, which is why nobody will go against that.
I know this got kind of long but I can't find a lawyer that wiill even give me advice. The police chief just retired due to sexual assault allegations, I have photos from my security cameras showing Intruders in my home. have copies of police reports although I called several times and I don't actually have a single report showing I was a victim of any type except for the one listed above. I have Social Services reports involving a safety plan against me. at the time I thought I was getting help getting my life back and getting settled again for me and my two kids. I didn't realize they were avoiding a ton ability and not acknowledging what it actually happened. The two social workers involved in my case do not even work for the county anymore.
I know I have probably about 12 different civil cases that are shoo-ins but this one was on expungement. I can't even get them to acknowledge I need services and now I have a drug felony from my abusive ex- boyfriend as he threw empty bags around after I informed him I had called the police. Any answer advice or referrals would be great I'm in Wisconsin thanks and keep up the good work
I have a case in Illinois where a child in fostercare was denied medical treatment for 3rd degree burns on his hand or fingers. The foster parent also has other children and I am seriously worried about all the children. Plus, here we have at least 5 children in a 2 bedroom house. If we turn the fosterparent in, we are worried that DCFS will retaliate and move the children farther away and/or not allow us to see them. The grandparents want to adopt but DCFS won't allow it. 1. You have the right to be left alone use Case Laws . 2. You are living human bring and you have a soul. The courts cannot adjudicate a child of GOD - human in courts. 3. Courts are working on presumption that you are unfit parent. Vociferous demand from the courts/CPS/Social worker/attorney that you are an unfit parent-"Make them prove it" with an signed affidavit/notarized under penalty of perjury. Social workers more than exaggerate things their training requires them to take a statement that is biased and then not right the statement but right notes, and then to wait for a couple of days and then right the report from memory. Idk about you but that seems like evidence tampering to me.

This is Gary again I found out yesterday in court that the foster parents have taken my kids out of state and the foster dad was in court yesterday and claimed my daughter didn't even know how to eat and that my boy didn't know how to walk or crawl witch is lies and I found out that my middle child had bruises in the inside of her thighs while in the foster parents care
They did not have a warrant when they took two of the four kids. The social worker who is the niece of the foster mother is the one who put them in her house. She is mentally and emotionally abusing my kids and her granddaughters. She is coaching them on what to say and do. The judge had to tell her to stop doing it in court (over Zoom). I have witnesses to her behavior. No one from CPS has ever talked to me or the older boys. The very first day the kids were with the foster mother she was telling them that she was going to adopt them. She is trying to get me fired from the school I work at. She has a recording of the Superintendent talking bad about her. I believe she is using that against him since he ultimately is the one who makes the decisions. The older boys and I have not even been allowed to visit with them since 8/1/20 based on lies told by the foster mother. We never even had a social worker at our visits. CPS left the scheduling and monitoring of our visits up to the foster mother. My 13 y/o nephew is the only male in a tiny 3 bedroom house with 6 girls and the foster mother. Is that even legal? There have been multiple requests to move the kids. There are at least two empty foster homes available nearby. But CPS refuses to move them. But they took away the educational rights that the judge gave the foster mother because she transferred their schools. They were moved back and forth between schools 5 times in less than a semester. How can they say they don’t trust her with the kids education but still refuse to move them? My nephew is being allowed to do dangerous things and my niece looks absolutely broken and depressed. I just want to save them before they become another statistic on the nightly news. I don’t have the money to hire a good attorney. They know that. If I did they would not be doing this. How can I fight them if I don’t have any money? Representing myself is not an option with this judge. The judge literally waved the Deputy off when he told her I was being threatened and said that she doesn’t deal with that. Everyone in that courtroom knows that the foster mother is threatening me and that I have witnesses. No one did anything. Not even the totally ineffective lawyer I gave all my money to. I’m literally driving 92 miles every school day to get my older boys to and from school just to avoid this woman yet she is saying that she wants to get a restraining order against me for harassment. I have had nothing to do with her in months. How can I fight this? I just want to protect and save all four of these kids.

I need your help. My children were removed by dcfs in Louisiana. They refused to let me see a coUrt order. I am the grandmother of the youngest child. Whom CPS originally placed the 1 1/2 year old with on Friday July 7th. There should've been a court hearing as per the rules and protocol in the law on Monday July 10. It did not happen.
Instead CPS came and removed the child to someone else's care on the evening of Tuesday July 11. Then court was held on Thursday July 13.
My understanding is the 14th Amendment was also violated under 42 USC 1982 Section 1983 Federal Law Protects individuals of their Civil Rights against Social workers.
1st taking a child without a warrant. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has held, taking children without a warrant unless there's emergency circumstances is a violation of Constitutional Rights.

How about if you put a order of protection on your in-laws for leaving a hand print on your 3 yr old and dcfs don't investigate the order or speak to the kids but come and take them from me and say I shouldn't be talking to my in-laws like that and take my kids and give them to the same monster I put the order of protection on. My lawyer said that as defacto parent I could only sit in the court and not have access to any of the documents. This county is so horrible and everyone knows it. But nobody will do anything! The foster parent was allowed to tell the State CPS workers who went to her house that they couldn’t go inside because she was afraid of COVID. This last weekend she had people inside the house with the virus. This whole county is corrupt from the bottom up. My kids need to be out of that house. But nobody will go up against Colusa County. They drag things out to make sure you go broke. The lawyer I had took my money and didn’t do anything. I found out today that you can appeal a denial of presumed mother status (she did not do that). I am totally lost and scared for my kids. Nobody actually cares about the kids! They just drag it out to the point where most people give up. But I can’t. And won’t. I promised them I’d fight for them! I just don’t know what to do.

My daughter was reported for abandonment the aunt of the children said my daughter left the kids with her and didn't come back to get them and didn't leave a number or anything to be able to get in touch with her that is a lie and why dss didn't not come to our house to investigate I don't know . But the aunt came to our house and got the address where my daughter and children were . The aunt called my daughter and told her she was bringing police with her to get the kids. Criminal cases and CPS cases have a different burden of proof. So DA’s may reject a case, that CPS thinks they can win because of the lawyer burden of proof.

Please tell me what kind of attorney do we need to help get my grand kids back. We’re in Ohio. They took the kids because my granddaughter kept cutting herself and told what we don’t know to cps. They said my daughters house was not good enough to live in so they got the health department on her and they condemned the house. Soon after that I did take a spell of getting so upset and just wanted to be alone at this time me and my Husband had the grandson. He did not see me getting upset or fighting with a family member . I did say I wish I were dead and I got sent to a mental place for 72 hours but before I got home they had already been here and taken him from my husband. They said I had suicidal ideations. Didi say that as we were arguing I probley did but if I wanted to hill myself I had 2 hours alone I could have did it then. But I was just so upset about everything and I am bipolar . So I made one mistake do I not deserve another chance at all. Cps is now telling my 13 years old granddaughter who is in a place that’s suppose to help her that her grandmother which is me is a trouble maker and she is not allowed to talk to me or see me. She even went as far as to tell the 15 yr old granddaughter to not talk to me and if she did they take her phone. And told her I called the law on the mother for taking her to the doctor. In which I swear I did not. Cps worker did it. The 13 years old granddaughter is being totally mistreated for needing help at the place she’s at and the 11 years old grandson is in a foster home where they allow a 15 and 16 years old to constantly beat him up so he is acting up severely. This case worker first came so sweet and said she wanted to keep the family together and all she’s doing is ripping us apart. Please help we want our babies back .PLEASE HELP tell us what to do to get our babies back . They told my 13 yr old granddaughter she won’t even be out for Xmas that she has to be in this program for up to a year and it’s already been like 2-3 months. 😭😭😢😢

Im in WA I need a good lawyer i got a good case who will help me? I will split the money with you and owe u my first born son. This is so not right. I believe they did take my child without a warrant even and the office of public defense in King County with false allegations and has lied outright badly and i was cut off from part of the phone court so i couldnt hear the worst parts of it. I need help and we are worth it. Something has to change.
I filled my.appeal ...im tryna get my children back. What will be my next step to order to win to get my children back to me . They had terminated my rights so that case is closed now that's why I'm doing the pill to get my children back and now I'm pregnant now and can they take this baby... They said I will be able to keep this child but I have a home I have a job I have everything for the child . My other kids that they terminated me from. I already filed my pill so what do I do now do I just wait on the judge to call me or what else do I do cuz I'm trying to receive my children

My son is mentally disabled n he had been in a home for 8 I visit with him alot in beginning but Everytime I see my son he was brusies up black eyes I took pic n of course I had words with the care taker n 8 yrs now the court barely noticed it them selfs but my son is still in this home if I volunterly place home well I finish my program n but after I placed my son they started taking things from me n me n my son were tramitzed fr.us being separated n now he is being physically abused what r my rights
