Hi, yesterday i had my medical. Today I got Offer Letter Mail. After two hours the Medical Lab's mail came that they have forwarded my Reports to the HR. Now I get confused that how come the offer letter comes first and the Med Lab have submitted reports later? Is this like that Indigo has sent the offer letter to every selected candidate without waiting for Test Lab Report? I am saying this because the Offer Letter has all the things you have mentioned, the DD amount, But not the date and place of doc submission. It only mentioned that this offer letter is valid for 3months from the date of issue. Pls help to understand this.
Hey! The offer of employment is usually sent before the medical reports cause it's not the actual offer letter. Your permanent/original offer letter depends on your medical results so there's no need to get confused.

You see, this brings confusion in candidate's mind whether she is in our not. In my opinion, such letter has to be send after the medical only. Both are good airlines, it honestly depends on your choice. I personally chose Indigo cause I like their training Institute Ifly, and their uniform (Did not want to wear a saree :3). Plus the fact that Indigo is the number one domestic carrier, I personally preferred Indigo over Air India. On the other hand, since Air India is taken over by TATA, I'm sure there will be a lot of changes happening in the company. And being a TATA employee, you get additional benefits outside of work. So this totally depends on you to be honest. Whatever you prefer. Hope this helped!
I've always been able to pick up things very quickly since I was a kid. I'm also someone who self learns a lot of things out of curiosity. I find it easy to learn new things when compared to others of my age. I have many examples from my school and college days. Hope this helped :")
