I only caught about half of the stream, but it's got me thinking about a lot now. First talking about fan made things gets me thinking about making a fangame, inside of half an hour I've got a nearly complete idea in my head that I can't actually do anything with. So that's fun. But a Linkedin stream? That's genuine out-of-the-box thinking there. A stream that is genuine advice about something, anything really, would be justified if you ask me. I could imagine Matara talking about streaming, managing social media, or maybe networking, though I'm they've all been said by now. To make a stream like an actual lecture though, would be something else, but it does make me think of Geega or Girl_DM as the type to do that. Edit: Then I belatedly realize there could be a stream about networking and it be an excuse to pull in a lot of other Vtubers, creating the funny (to me) trick of going from no vtubers to a lot of vtubers in a very short time.
@@plurinerdideas I'ld like to think I qualify as an indie dev myself at this point, problem is that I'm a writer using RPGMaker. While I can get good mileage out of the system (one can get a lot more out of it than you'ld think at first look), I have no artistic/drawing talent to speak of. This means that fangames of any sort are out of the question for me, since unique art is necessary, not just as an expectation, but to make it identifiable. My idea wasn't anything big. Matara going through a spooky, trap-filled mansion (I'ld call it a roach motel) to rescue some Momos that have been trapped there. The Momos would have special gear/skills that let you access more parts of the motel, giving it a bit of a metroidvania element. Obviously, it would have to all be a trap set up by Evil Momo. How many Momos and how big the motel is could be adjusted to make anywhere from a short, hour long game to, well, far too big. But a lot of references or jokes could be fit in, maybe a twist, though I can only think of one right now. And I could make that in RPGMaker . . . except for artwork. So it's just an idea.
@ are you familiar at all with the After Hours Cafe? It’s a group of fan artists that have made a visual novel and an animation for Matara so far (also two members made the Momo fishing game). Do you have a social that I could send you a link to get you into contact with them?
@@plurinerdideas I'm not familiar with them, no. It would make anxious to meet them, though . . . but maybe worth it. I have the same username on Twitter, bluesky, and itch. If you think it's worth it.

Fellow Momo- don’t leave us in suspense- what’s your game idea?
Also, there are quite a few indie game devs among the Momos who love making games
