Lucky two members was injured. If it just one it hard to say they wouldn’t find someone else
Idk I think they really wanted orton
I was going to say the exact same thing, I bet he was relieved in a way that Batista got hurt too😅
@@modev4163yea like “Shit at least I aint the only one gettin hurt”
@@wastedimperium777 nobody is spared in the wrestling business

You know if it was today neither randy or Batista would have gotten a push
Randy, yes, due to his talent and family lineage.
Batista, unlikely. He got over because of Triple H.
@markrobinson9394 Today, family lineage doesn't mean much
@mike7683 bloodline .... they show the family tree any chance they get. Cody Rhodes father is a big part of his current story line. Charlotte Flair rode Rics wave til the wheels fell off. Bron Breakker will be the next big thing in a couple years, he is a Steiner. Wrestling will always value 2nd and 3rd generation wrestlers.
The smarks today would turn on Batista like they did in 2014 because all they care about is “work rate”
@@mike7683 You literally have the Bloodline practically running the company based on their family lineage.
Not to mention Dominik Mysterio as arguably the most hated heel on the roster.
0h, and Charlotte Flair frequently being pushed as the greatest women's wrestler of all time.
I'd say family lineage is even more important now than it was back then.
I always wondered how all of Evolution plans would’ve been in 2003 had Dave and Randy stayed healthy.
Would've probably been the same.
@@isaiahwatkins1502agreed. Ultimately, Evolution still achieved their goals despite the injuries. They had the “reign in terror” and Batista & Orton both became icons & legends.
Probably the best that could have happened because Orton would have not let Benoit get a push or the title so he'd have to get a wwe title shot instead and lose and Eddie would have still been a jobber..
yea the cursed dudley boyz match where Bubba was stiff on them, blamed Randy for bubba falling on his foot, and Pie faced batista on purpose and Batista broke it trying to receipt bubba
Didn't know it was against the dudleys
Bubba was jealous of the push both got
Glad they continued with the story and the stable
Thank god HHH & Flair kept the faction afloat until they both returned
@@isaiahwatkins1502as a biased fan whose favorite wrestler of all time is Batista with Randy & Hunter coming 2nd & 3rd, I’m highly grateful to Hunter & Flair for keeping the stable & storyline afloat and benefiting their proteges. The fact that Evolution managed to become a legendary stable despite the hiccups makes it even more impressive.
@connorpaul8584 I agree, they barely got started before Batista & Orton got hurt & the fact HHH was able to keep the title relevant by feuding with Booker T, HBK & Nash showed the greatness of he & Flair.
Y’all know what y’all were doing on that thumbnail 💀
Completely unrelated but ngl being from reading and hearing someone like randy Orton mention it is wild 😭
Did he pronounce it correctly though?
@@vinayseth5899 yup that’s the better part 😭 even being from here I used to pronounce it reading as in reading a book but for some reason they decided to pronounce it as in reding
@@kochise7525 Ah I see. Thanks for the info! I'm not from the US, so was curious.
He must be talking about when Bubba Ray Dudley was trying to get the both of them hurt.
I would have to say Randy has had the best wrestling career out of anyone. Think about this, he was able to start young experience legends, ruthless aggression error and transitions decades later into seeing the business evolve far beyond what it used to be. Randy is the fn man! And his real life mindset isn’t too shabby either.
One of my favorite faction of all time
Evolution was one of the greatest factions wwe produced
Meanwhile the 60 year old is like
I got you
I always wonder if Randy thinks of the what ifs to if he and Batista weren't injured that night
It maybe may've made them stars quicker in a way
Its the little things that can make some moments like there were
so nobody gonna talk about the thumbnail caption? 💀
This is where his drug issues began

he was always injury prone
Then Triple H buried him and we never heard the name Randy Orton ever again
Readings my town I was there then
MY mom's From Reading PA
Y’all don’t come to reading anymore I guess it’s too dangerous too many murders and shootings and robberies it’s little Philly which is not good at all was top 5 most dangerous cities by size in country fir a while so it sucks I have to go to Hershey now
In another life, Christian Bale never did movies and instead became a pro wrestler
