I think I want my niche to be for women who are starting over or reinventing themselves and want to create a guide or path in creating who and what they want to be.

I spent 14 years building sales teams with mostly selfish, money motivated intentions. One year has passed since I left sales and I'm now all about any kind of coaching that helps my Charlotte community. I'm focused on helping men and women who are starting over, starting something new, and are looking for help reinventing themselves. Thanks for the help!

I have recently been laid off and hope to launch my business coaching business in April. Currently I see my ideal clients as small business owners that are so busy dealing with the day to day issues they don't have time to focus on how to grow and improve their business. I would like to help them put together a one page strategic plan to help them re-focus and move forward. After that I will see how we can continue to grow together.
It has taken me ages to get here in terms of identifying the what, the who and the why of my coaching offer, but now I have clarity.
The what is leadership and team building for peak performance using Neuroscience and EI. The who is Project and Change Managers. The why is because too many projects fail due to lack of knowledge about their own selves when leading projects and business change initiatives. My coaching practice aims to change that for them.
My dream clients are people People who have suffered their own curses while dabbling in magic and wish to be free. I deal specifically in paranormal happenings, esoteric hygiene and energy healing. I am also a psychic and dream interpreter. I am here to bring people into their own light.

Amazing value. I still haven't figured out the "why" behind giving this amount of value for free but all the succesfull people I know do it so I guess I'll just follow in their footsteps.
Niching down is essential. I wanted to work with entrepreneurs with a solid track record that are either transitioning industries or starting new projects. Within a month of changing my narrative, title to business performance coach and niche conversation, I landed 3 new clients. They are not only in my realm of expertise, but I feel more fulfilled having conversations and being present with them.
I want to help people who perceive themselves as unworthy of happiness because their body didn't fit the societal norms. I'm speaking directly to people who have visible differences/uniqueness/disability.

Alright, my friend, if you're looking to find your coaching niche, here's a quick and easy guide for you, Akbar Sheikh style:
Know Yourself: Figure out what you're passionate about and what you're really good at.
Find the Demand: Look for areas where people need help and where you can offer something special.
Know Your Audience: Understand who your ideal clients are, what they need, and how you can help them.
Use Your Skills: Use your unique skills and experiences to offer valuable coaching services.
Stay True to You: Make sure your niche aligns with your values and what you want to achieve.
Test the Waters: Try out your niche with a few clients to see how it goes.
Adjust as Needed: Be willing to tweak your niche based on feedback and results.
Remember, finding your coaching niche is all about finding the sweet spot where your passion meets the needs of your clients. So, go out there, be yourself, and make a difference!

After 24 years of work as a therapist as one of the founders of a boarding school for chemically dependent young men I retired. I'm interested in being a sober coach. At age 62 it's different!
I (male) began an MFT program but never completed it because my son was born with cognitive disabilities and it took over my life. Now as he’s 18 I feel I have so much knowledge to pass to other in this parenting lifestyle on how to help ourselves… especially men! Handling our feelings, supporting ourselves and others etc. But… the usual excuse… I have no idea where to start. 🤔

Hi Courtney! Your content is great... I always thought that, to work as a coach we need qualifications. Not only I am a psychologist but also have a few coaching qualifications and still struggling to attract clients. I realize now that it's more about marketing and packaging it all together than knowledge alone....
