    Wish business center was closer for me. Looks lime $$ saved on first trip paid for slicer. Which one did you get?

      Once we get to Talkeetna, AK, the closest one will 2.5 hours. I'm not looking forward to that!

    Cosco business model is not for businesses it for the consumer.they do not charge double or trible the price to break down the meat. Show the reciets for the price difference.

      @@EvR.Livin. I do a 10-12 day fry brine flip everyday … smoke 90 degrees. 6 hours apple pecan charcoal smoke. Let sit fridge 24-48 hours let it infuse smoke
      Freeze it. Slice ….

    I hate beef-so damn tough and twice the cost of pork. Their marinated bulgoki beef is good. I bought ground bison. I am single and poor, I never freeze anything-I keep buying to a minimum. No fan of frozen, canned or pre-cooked meat. I have a few mos. of razor blades, nuts and cereal. Got that thick sliced bacon. I've been frozen out of my Cdn. Tire credit account for 3 yrs, may switch to Costo card.

      Fresh is always best, and if we could afford the time to go shopping more frequently I think we might try. 🙂 The bulgogi is amazing!!!
