In the past Dany has mentioned that out of her pedalboard, she splits the output into stereo channels, with a small delay on one of the channel, to give a larger soundscape and sometimes she also adds a harmonizer one octave lower to get an even bigger sound.
Since watching the breakdown of her rig, I’ve actually incorporated some of that in to both my live and studio mixing! When I mix FTF, I put 2 mics on the guitar can and delay one by 10ms. Makes it huuuuuge
Between you and Phil Zero, I dont need any other reactor except I do like to see first time reactions. You guys have the music knowledge and insightfulness and giving us that info is phenomenal.
EVERYTHING about this performance was perfect. MTv did them proud i thought with the production. Manchester was ROCKED. I hope it got them a new battalion
This performance was 🔥🔥🔥 Their Wiki page and IG and YT profiles all showed a big jump in visits after this. A lot of new fans were warned that night! The production was the best of the night IMHO
In my opinion, this is their best song off KMF. So heavy and hard, but a lot of dynamics to it. I really like the little leading beats they throw in from time to time, on "3-and", "4-and". They have said in interviews this is their favourite song to play. Great analysis and reaction!
So you’re the crew who build the sets and you’ve yawned your way through all the plans, then these guys from The Warning turn up and say they want to hang 20 tons of moveable lighting above the band, they also want a line of flamethrowers down each side between the band and the audience and also a bunch of rocket effects as well. Must have made their day!!!!
Hahahaha I can personally attest to how dope it is to finally get a cool setup that’s out of the ordinary 😂 I remember when Nickelback burned the roof of our stadium!
The guitar is a Fender Stratocaster Baritone. It is between a bass and a regular guitar. She uses this on Sharks too. This was at the European Music Awards so the rigging wasn't done by TW; it was done by the event staff. TW weren't the only performers. Lalo is pronounced Lah'=loh.
Great reaction as always Jesse and giving credit to all the behind the scenes crews. Watched it live backstage and there were hoards of crew running around backstage non-stop.Thx.
Queens of the Rocker Scene TW....🤟😎🖤⚡♨️🇲🇽 They are everything is good in the Rock music, They are as if the soul and spirit of the greatest rock bands claim their place at the same time.
Thanks Jesse. Freaking outlandish performance...I know that there were so many views from The Warning performance that MTV decided to copyright it...go figure. A few reactors have come up with a work around. There are some really great "fancam" videos available coupled with the original audio makes for no blocking.... The Ladies put these folks back on the Map again, just like last year, so now MTV thinks they are a big deal, so copyright.
3:14 It’s called Cabasa, they make it at Latin Percussion (brand). Also, I’d highly recommend you to watch fan footage of this same performance, I’d love you to listen to the FOH mix, it’s just classy! Top notch! 🤯🙌🏼 Thank you for your reaction, brother! Saludos desde Monterrey… 🤘🏼⚡️🇲🇽
Dany has Been playing That Fender Baritone Guitar and a white for a long time. Drop Tuned to "A" for this song. You really need to keep up with Them a little more. Like you use too. One of the Best Rock bands there is, easily my favorite...
Loved this performance, so sick of all this Copyright CRAP, you are promoting music, nothing fraudulent about it!! 🤘🤘🤘 Can't wait for FTF opening for the Warning!!!! Did you here somthing odd in the transition before Ale starts her solo bass beat, or is it my ears? Also, no Pedal boards?
Yep, caught it the first time. Sounded like a slight bass delay. If so, didn't matter...they still slayed it! I suspect newbie fans were in a trance and wouldn't have even known.
I saw a comment that the pedals were placed offstage and operated by TW crew. This could be why Dany seemed a little stiff on stage. She's used to operating her own pedals and it threw her off not having them. (Just my theory.)
@@SDsailor7 If you mean her first couple words, yeah...maybe a quick mic adjust. But after, pure Dani energy. Not sure how, but they always seem to bring the house in that third chorus where Dani's growl is just badass.🤘
Not a sound engineer here, still i can't help but feeling the sound of the drums was a bit off compared to other live performances of AS I watched. Not Paulina's drumming, but the sound of the instrument itself. I can't technically explain why, but I do feel is sounds different. 🤔
The problem with Twitch is that it doesn't "cast" well. It's just irritating to have to watch stuff on a small screen. I can use screen mirroring but it's irritating in other ways. If anyone has a solution that'd be great.
Like the staging. But not a fan of the mix at all. Pau's drums don't sound as punchy as usual. Bass tone seems a little off and don't know what happens with the backing track coming out of the bridge. Lead vocals sound great.

The stage, the lighting, the pyro, the performance - all top notch! Thanks MTV for showing these ladies more respect than the Latin Grammys. 😎👍

Phil is also a gent, met him in Vancouver!
These two and Ashlena. The Canada-Army. These are the three best.
EVERYTHING about this performance was perfect. MTv did them proud i thought with the production. Manchester was ROCKED. I hope it got them a new battalion
The repeated double ending was great...everything we wanted from those final seconds!

I hope their RUclips channel gained a lot of new members.

That sound is a Guiro. Their grandfather gave it to them.
Looks like a wooden fish, with notches on the side, and you stroke it with a drumstick.

@ Mind you, I bet the health and safety guy had a bit of a moment when he saw the plan!!!
You are and continue to be my hero of RUclips!
God these ladies just kick ass all day long

Oh man I BET!! Takes a ton of effort and hard work to pull these off. Happy to show love where I can!
MTV crews right?
@ or whomever they hired haha
The eclipse effect around the drum platform was pretty cool

Excellent reaction my friend. Stellar performance 🔥. Keep Rockin' my friend 🤘⚡🤘
killed it with extended outro 🔥🔥🔥
I love the extended sections on this version, that outdo deserves to longer!

I’m gonna have to peep some of these fan cams!! Thanks for watching my friend 🙏
And no the Warning is going to be a fixture on MTV. They learned their lesson from last year's performance.
Automatic Sun is a automatic hit, like so many of the The Warning's songs. Thanks for your reaction, Jesse.
Thanks for watching! Always great to see your comments
That double halftime to end the song should've been on the studio version. My god holy hell man
Dany is using a baritone guitar for this song -- tuned down to drop A!! And live this song rattles your bones 🤯
This song steam-rolls my brain.
Jesse I love that you get as jazzed up about the girls as I do. Lalo is a master at getting that sound right. It's pronouced like la la la. Lalo.
love that crowd reaction! Rock n Roll!!

The pyro man, the PYRO!!!
Extended outro was 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Fantastic reaction
I think the backing tracks, at least vocals, were added in post. You can't hear them in fan cam vids.
Perfect! Nothing wrong with that!

Double length outro this time.
🤘🤘🤘
There are a couple of fan cams are pretty good.
This was in England.
The shaker thing is an afuche cabasa... I know things. 😂
Hahaha thank you!! I often need help 😂

That would be SO FUN! And I’m not sure, I’ll have to reslisten. Felt like they ‘drop’ a beat or sorta mute then come back in, but will listen again!

Ya they aren’t as huge or ‘fat’ as other ones, but I like a popcorny snare from time to time!
Hi Jesse
Hi Christina!
No pepsi center live stream?
thanks for sharing bruh ... namaste neighbor ... r0ck 0n ... twa ... \m/
Why COPYRIGHT? I found it without
I had to put that over the video to upload it - it got blocked with a video copyright 🤷♀️
