hey Tasha so I was also someone who hated running I hate the feeling of running I hated how my body felt when I ran so I really wanted to change something and what I did I would wake up super early in the morning and just go for a 15 minute jog/walk in my area mainly just to see my area but also to get myself into the rhythm of running every day and then I gave myself the 30 day challenge where I would add five minutes onto every single run that I did every day I’m honestly by that last day I was shocked about my how I felt how my body felt how my mental state was it was such a good decision and I really highly recommend you get a 30 day running challenge and see if you can do it and if not it is what it is there’s no such thing as failure because at least you tried you know
So amazing. More women developers please. Like I saw Kelly stamps and kianna video and it was so fun. Like can we just say women are directors like big D. Like I still haven't found a good gym I did call F45 but like it was like weird. So just going to run outside and talk to the birds. Also I do go for makeup that's natural but like I never know what to do because there's Korean makeup and even though I'm Chinese mix like its so weird that like I can never find my shade. But obsessed. So so much.
I kid you not every time I watch your video’s similar shxt be happening in over here. My daughter was watching Harry Potter while I’m watching you and I saw Chronixx yesterday 😂 so weird
