I found this new USB type C Arduino Nano Compatible board on Robu.in. So, I decided to buy it as it will be convenient to use due to its USB-C port.

I don't know why my nano usc type c board doesn't work on certain usb ports.
It detect the board in windows but it will fail to upload the sketch.
If I switch to correct usb port, then it will have no problem uploading sketch.

Hello, can I program with the Arduino Nano Type C Atmega328p using the Keyboard.h and Mouse.h libraries?

I think you can use this board with those libreries. As it is same arduino nano just with different usb port
