If you’re new here, welcome. I’m glad to have you 🤗. I’m a recent graduate of North Carolina A&T State University (C/o COVID 🥴) and before, I made content about attending an HBCU, natural hair, and being your regular black girl.
Now, I’m pursuing entrepreneurship full-time as I manage my business, Natural Boss Branding, where I help female-owned service-based businesses brand their biz into a brand that clients can invest in without a second thought.
I love to educate my tribe on all things personal development, branding, and digital content, BUT I also like to show my regular-degular life.

I just stumbled a crossed your page and I the emery! I been considering moving to NC by the next few months from NYC and I haven’t even toured any places yet.

Of course! Apartment #1 was Camden (they have many different complexes in the RTP area and all look the same) Apartment #2 was Midtown Crossing and Apartment #3 was the Lex at Brier Creek!

hey hey! we actually looked for a few places outside (bout 15 mintues) of the Raleigh area so I'm not too familiar with the inner area, but the places we enjoyed so far are Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, and Apex!

The last apartment was really nice, I think staging really brings everything to life! The first apartment was nice too! The foot measurements took me OUT, its such a guy thing to do lol!
That last one was super nice because of the staging!! I felt it was a bit too cluttered, and it was hard to imagine it empty. And the foot measurements had me WEAK!!!
The first and last apartments were my favorite!!

Hey there!! Of course. Thanks so much for watching - we actually only toured apartments in Raleigh area (about 3 hours from Charlotte) so we didn’t tour any in Charlotte.
I’ve been virtually touring as well as i move to Charlotte next month. I found my townhome on Zillow. Really excited. Do you have family there who could check spaces out for you?? @glorie barnett
I'm moving back to the USA and I'm touching down in Pgh (Chartiers) . I think NC may be a better option as far as jobs though. How is PGH these days?

The 3rd one was too dark compared to the first one. It felt like a cave just watching you walk though.
It was definitely a bit dark! That was something we took into consideration as well, especially with me being a creative. I need bright all the time!!
Around how much do those apartments cost? Wondering because I'm considering moving to NC once I'm done with highschool.
