Hyundai Sonata interior light repair

Easy 5 minute fix of 2011 Hyundai Sonata interior light.
Update: this worked for a couple months then started acting up again, so I bought a replacement light and have had no problems.

thanks. you are right it took 5 minutes. i didnt see any buildup, but i just messed around with the switch plate with a small flathead screwdriver. the hardest part ws getting the screws back in.

Well I would let y'all know if it worked or not, if I could get the dam light fixture out of the headliner...is it like glued to the headliner and you have to pry it out with a screw driver?
