    Gotta see an updated look with with tank matured. I keep seeing it in the background of your newer videos but it's in the distant so it's hard to get a good look at this work, which is gorgeous for a minimal hardscape scape too imo

    Awesome. Not only a beautiful scape but also at last one we can aspire to replicate. All those tanks with overloads of hardscape are just not realistic when needing to pay for it. Please more of this nature style !

    I like the idea of space to give room for imagination and for the natural evolution of plantgrowth. It could be worth to follow the thinking of "less could be more" from time to time 😊

    In my opinion, Fabian is one of the best aquascapers in Germany. What he describes reflects the Japanese soul very well. Keep it up dear Fabian! Your work is really great and very inspiring!

    Love it - I end up with a jungle every time - sometimes Green Aqua creates a quarry. Calm and pure, bright and fresh, flowing and peaceful. Fantastic actually.

    Love it! I did also build my 60p nature style a couple of weeks ago! For ne it’s the true sense of aquascaping.
    The technique with filtermesh - glue - sand is a first for me, great tip there 👌🏼💚

    Super, Fabian. Your work reminded me famous ranking 17 2009,IAPLC) That was very strong discussion about that tank. Many people said "very simple, no good" . But Sensay Amano made his choise

      The layout was later disqualified? Because it was removed from the ranking on the official website. If I remember correctly it was using non aquatic plants.

      The ranking does not really matter for me. What matters is the inspiration such a creation can give to other aquascapers, and that can not be taken away. That's why contests are good in my opinion. I don't know what happened to that layout, really, but we love this one. 💚

      We do stir the sand a bit and maybe suck out some from the top layer and get in a fresh layer on top.

      @@GreenAquaShop hi guys. I noticed you are using a Twinstar steralizer on this which interested me as I’m getting BBA on a similar planted tank. I’ve increased O2 which is helping but is it due to that and is it helping? Thanks!

    His suggestion to get a Japanese hand saw is a good one, if anyone hasn't used one give it a try sometime they're different and much better for small detail work. They cut on the pull instead of the push so they are thinner but stay straight by physics. ✌️

    It's like an Iwagumi with some woods, but it looks good. With some other nature tanks i would like it, but not for an only one.

    Won't the Blyxa japonica get quite tall where it's placed on the sides, almost as high as the Cyperus? Or are you going to keep it cut down low?

      It usually stays just about 10-15 cm

    Really well thought out and lots of great tips, creates a really nice scale there too. I’m guilty of over scaping and like tidy house tidy mind logic, if your scape is chaotic it’s harder to relax to. I get that.

    So nice and zenlike aquascape. What happened with Murdannia keisak? I can’t see it in final shots… I love this plant but find it difficult to look good like little bamboo :)

      Yup, probably the Murdania did not work, so we removed that. Sometimes, this could look pretty good. But other times, the plant struggles.
