- Farm business Ruhe Agrar farms several thousand hectares of arable land in northern and eastern Germany. The business’s main focus is on producing renewable energy from biomass. In this series of short films, we visit each of their sites and take a look at their most important work on the field. In part 6, we're taking you along to Parmen for the second time. During the 2020 harvest, they had over 2060 hectares of maize to chop. They brought in 4 agricultural contractors with 6 choppers to help! We take a look at all their Krone, Claas and John Deere harvesters and give you a glimpse into their autumn sowing work using the Fendt 943 Vario MT tracked tractor. Enjoy!

Thanks for watching!!
Gotta wonder about the total expenditure of resources ...carbon based.. to till plant harvest transport pack and then transport again just to be then distilled ? and then the gas burnt to fire boilers ? to run turbines and produce electricity ...how can this be better than just burning nat gas to do the same job ? ....nice production of the video and some great drone work well made video
