Hello friends in this video I have tried to build the circular knitting machine.
Circular knitting machines always produce a tube-shaped fabric. They exist in different sizes or diameters, depending on the field of application. The needles and sinkers in these machines are arranged in a circle.

Great project! Maybe one more variable to add to the project would be tension control. I.e. how tight the wool is being let off the spool. Would change how tightly knit the stitches would be depending on the material used. Definitely varies from material to material.
He could also use more hooks, that would be helpful for lighter yarns. It would make the fabric much denser. Also, machines are not great for making socks because of the heel flap and gussets. Its just not easy to make machines that are capable of flat knitting.

@@shawnalfaro6943 you would think so. But, because of how knitting works, if you aren't knitting in the round it would be at least 4x as complex. Because you have to knit a row, then purl, then knit, then purl. And needles have to be inserted into loops from opposite directions. That is if you want the stockinette stitch

Congratulations. Glass fiber, carbon fiber, copper wire, steel wire can also be woven with this method. Even heat shrinkable plastics can be woven and used in packaging companies.

a larger one of these for building houses with would be neat. loading the stockings with cement or hemp/straw and weave them between rebar or wood.
Your work is spectacular but it would have been interesting to see how you start the work by arranging the thread.

Чтоб вязать носок, одной зеленой направляющей мало. Как ты будешь вязать пятки? Там половина игл должна выводиться вверх и не участвовать в работе. И надо добавить режим изменения плотности - игольницу опускать или поднимать. Тогда получится что-то похожее на носок, а не на рыболовную сеть. И для такого расстояния между иглами бери пряжу толстую, и у тебя всё получится. А вообще ты - красавчик. Посмотри ролики, как вяжется пятка на таких детских машинках, ничего сложного. Вручную половину игл выводишь вверх, и затем делаешь половину оборота то вперед, то назад, сперва выводя вверх ещё по одной игле на каждом шаге, а шагов через десять вниз по одной игле, после этого все иглы вниз и опять вяжешь по кругу. Ничего сложного.

@@Pablo_de_Lexandro Я подозреваю, что вы работали на носочной фабрике, можете дать дельный совет по настройке ремонту, программированию китайских и итальянских кругловязального носочно-чулочного оборудования. Помогите, не могу решить задачку. По носку должны быть дырки в несколько петель шириной. Естественно, сбивается петлеобразование, лайкра распускается, хлопок просто висит комом. Помогите пжлст. Как запустать что называется с нуля петлеобразование на лайкре. Уже несколько дней голову ломаю.

проект хороший но очень тонкая стенка, при первом заклинивании иглы оторвет кусок пластика.У меня такая же но сделано из металла на фрезерном станке,есть цех по производству каната и веревки из этой установки

But to register the leg movement in power-suit the cloth must register thread tension not only by vertical but also x, horizontal axis. How to connect each horizontal fiber to the sensor cord?
