Had this treadmill for a week now and I'm delighted with the purchase (It's called the 56 in Europe/UK as screen size in cms!). Extremely well made and the entertainment and workout options are good quality and plentiful. The screen is fantastic. As an added bonus my wife has been doing some walking on it as she enjoys the 'around the world' section so this could be good for her. All in all first impressions are it's a fantastic piece of kit and the jrny subscription is reasonable.
I really wanted to get this Bowflex, I have the M5 Max Trainer and their kettlebell. Sadly, the delivery to my 4 floor walkup was not available so I went Precor. Maybe in 10 yrs when I move. Still, love Bowflex products. This is a great review, really shows you the size, features and quality. I love the look and build.
I use this treadmill in Turkey. Its name is 56 in Europe and here. I don’t use JRNY subscription but still very happy with that. As a relatively experienced runner with my marathon best 2:53 I would say it’s a solid product. Their service in Turkey is friendly and fast. However I had my touchscreen and control panel replaced because my side incline controls just stopped to work. It probably would be very expensive if happen after warranty period.
Which streaming apps are currently available? In the demos it shows Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ and HBOMax, but the web site says that it includes only Netflix and Prime, is that fake advertising?
Nordictrack is a horrible product. I purchased an X32I, had to replace it because it would shutoff during workout. The second machine is doing the same, but Nordictrack customer support wants to replace the belt. They have already replaced every part. My treadmill is more nonfunctional than valuable.
We haven't encountered other motorized treadmills that incline up to 20%, besides the Bowflex T22. NordicTrack's incline trainers incline up to 40%, but other than those treadmills, 12-15% is the most common incline range. The Xebex Trekker is a manual treadmill that has a permanent incline of 22% and 27%. Let us know if you have any questions about these treadmills.
NordicTrack treadmills tend to have the softest deck cushioning. The X32i and X22i are the softest, and the 2450, 1750, and 1250 are also soft to run on.
@TreadmillReviews has the NordicTrack 2450 rated a 8.5/10 whereas the Bowflex Treadmill 22 rated a 9.3/10. Would you agree with these ratings? I would love to go with iFit over Jrny, but don't want to sacrifice quality on the treadmill itself.
I currently have the 2450 and on my 3rd one in 1.5 years. This 3rd one is going away too after having 3 issues that could have resulted in serious injury, including this last one where the treadmill would just shutoff for no reason. Imagine running at 8mph and the whole thing just stops, not good. iFit was awesome in hearing my concerns and what I wanted which was a full refund and to have them take the machine away. I am still in the process of this, but once completed I will be buying the BowFlex 22 like I should have 1.5 years ago. NordicTrack also uses ICON Fitness for it's support and that can be a negative experience sometimes. My experience with them was mostly decent, just very time consuming as you can spend a few hours on each call. Overall, I will never buy another NordicTrack machine again.
Just want to clarify for anyone who misunderstood this like I did…you MUST have/continue a JRNY subscription to use the video apps such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. which is a huge bummer to me. We just got this and was excited to have that feature…only to find out we’ll have to continue paying for JRNY after our free trial to utilize those apps 😣
That's pretty ridiculous. Unfortunately their aren't any other treadmills with a 20% incline. Only thing is the nordictrack incline trainer but that thing has TERRIBLE reliability and customer service reviews.
I just returned a Nordictrack 2950 and it was so badly calibrated in both speed and incline/ decline that even at its full decline of -3 it was physically shown with a spirit level to be uphill, tbh it was 6th NT machine, never had any problems before but has put me off the brand not helped by abysmal customer service at Fitness superstore and I’m seeing more and more poor reviews about NT machines

Can you Play soap opera on there?
UGH, why not show how you can use the treadmill without the obnoxious subscription?!
Can you link your full JRNY review? Can't find it on your page.
Great review - however I must report that the after sales service once out of warranty in the UK is really very poor.
Thanks for letting us know. As expected in the UK

Which Precor did you go with and how are you liking it?
Excellent review! Question, can I stream RUclips?

What is actually available w/o JRNY?
Exactly, none of these reviewers ever spend ten seconds on non-subscription use, which makes me really suspect their objectivity.
Which streaming apps are currently available? In the demos it shows Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ and HBOMax, but the web site says that it includes only Netflix and Prime, is that fake advertising?
Do the programs and workouts automatically adjust the speed and incline?
Hey i also have this question. Did you by any chance figure this out via a different source?
While using jrny explore the world, does the treadmill auto adjust to the terrain?
Yes

Does anyone have the problem where the incline does work/ does go back down? Plz help
Mine is only for 2 months not a year membership. Do we know why ?
Unfortunately right after we filmed this review they switched it from a year to only 2 months. We're sorry about that!
Hello I can’t get touch screen to work on my bowflex

the T22 is workhorse in every way.... l don"t know about NT 2450 but seems to me that is more gentle construction consider the T22.

do i have to have JRNY subscription in order to use hulu, netflix etc....?
Unfortunately yes
Which treadmill that I can stream Netflix, Hulu etc... without the subscription? From watching your reviews, is Sole F85 the one?
Sole F85, F80 or F89. It's also possible on Matrix treadmill with the updated console option.
Thank you for the reply

The silver lining is JRNY is by far the cheapest fitness app and you can save even more if you pay annually

Great review it looks very similar to bowflex 56?
That sucks. I’m in the same boat
Does the treadmill workout jrny?
Yeah. Yearly subscription
Nobody is answering how to us this without wifi 😭
Yes!
@@LP-bt4jk but howwwwww lol
I need this one!
You're giving fitness advice?
She had a baby recently. If you look at older videos, she has lost quite a bit of weight. Cut her some slack.
So no RUclips?
