@Fowblemeister The patter changes a little. With G you need to hit the very lowest string to make it sound good. There are some parts where the pattern is cut off because the chord isn't played as long as the other chords. Anywho, good luck with your girlfriend ;) I'm sure she will love it when you sing this to her. That's really the only reason guys learn songs like this ;).

Picking pattern is 5 3 2 3 1 3 2 3 I think :) great video! Very simple and easy to learn.
I think the picking pattern is AGBG high E BG...but when you do the G chord, you start with the low E...but i'm not really sure haha
