If you are just eating beef with nothing else you will get high blood pressure in 20 years or more. It takes 5 years of mc Donald's everyday to not only give you high blood pressure but diabetes along with it.

It's not like there's any mesurement or mix to do, make steaks, make omurice omelette, dip the steaks once cooked in egg, panko bread crumbs and deep Fry until golden Brown. Make a steak tower, put I'd Say a bunch of molten cheese (take Real cheese, not american slices of cheese, those don't melt the chemicals just burn. I suggest fondue cheese if you want that apearance.), like a cup and a Half or 300g, or more if you want more cheese, on a tower of steaks, then put the omurice omelette on top of it. Cut it open, enjoy.
