An easy way to beat the amalmagate (6:29) or any dog charactar in Undertale is to use a stick and you automatically skips and allows you to spare! Hope this helps!

There was a royal scientist named Gaster, he died one day falling into the core, the core shattered him across time and space causing everyone to forget he even existed. When Alphys was made the new royal scientist she found the lab interested in all of the technology she ended up finding DETERMINATION a powerful thing from human souls. She had an idea, and asked Asgore for the green light he said yes so she started asking for volunteers on her new project. And so she experimented even tried putting some in a flower... That flower came alive because the flower she used was one covered in Asriel’s ash. The other people started melting together we are unsure what they were doing during this session.. Alphys was really excited at first too because just for a moment of the experiment things went great and she could send them back to their homes. Apparently if a monster had determination it would melt. Alphys refused to say what happened to the victims after that. No one knew. She had guilt. Intill now.. Where you find the subjects..
Also the true lab was Gasters lab, all the machinery in undertale was made by him apart from mettaton. All Alphys did was take care of them keeping them in order.

this part reminds me too much of the humphrey sequence from / in OMORI. both have extremely strange and just.. confusing enemies. they both have "your journey is almost over" vibes(?) and both have really ... strange? music? it's hard to explain. i find them both equally unsettling. i won't give any spoilers about OMORI but the lore on where you even are makes everything so much more scary. well i wouldn't say scary but more eerie, or, unsettling. same thing with the true lab (give a listen to h20:hcl from the OMORI soundtrack. i never thought it was essentially "creepy" before playing the game, but now that i've played it, it's really unsettling, atleast to me. also play omori its a masterpiece☺)

Ok. I went back to my OG save file from this video and couldn’t find Entry #17 myself. I ended up doing a Google search cuz I was curious and found out something. Entry #17 is not seen in the actual game. Though it’s text does exist in the files of the game. Entry #17 Reads: “Monsters’ physical forms can’t handle “determination” like humans’ can. With too much determination, our bodies begin to break down. Everyone’s melted together…” Thought it was neat and thought you might want to know.
i'll be for real, omega flowey didn't make me feel even a BIT disturbed, it was the most fun fight i ever had, but the amalgamations.. just make me feel uneasy. the music paired with the designs are to.. weird.
No idea if anyone's pointed this out yet, but while playing the True Lab section in Undertale I realized that the noises the amalgamates make at around 13:26 sound like a very sped up and modified version of Gaster's Theme

True lab scene is completely in a Pacifist route not neutral since if you were there you'll lock onto Pacifist route and when finished explore in true lab you’ll be force to go to the barrier to get the ending immediately But when you finished dating with Alphys at the trash zone, Papyrus will advise us to go to the lab, If you decided not go to the there and go to fight with Asgore and get out from the underground, you’ll get the Neutral endings which you were friend with Sans, Papyrus, Undyne and Alphys, This one is a best Neutral endings but not Asgore died

They are a combination of multiple monsters due to the determination melting them and the monsters being fused together

After doing a normal run you restart the game and do a pacifist run (google steps if you’re not sure what to do)
