Absurd. Cap problems. Lots of holes to fill in the team. Lots of injury prone players. We need a change in GM and HC, but no decent candidates are likely to take this shipwreck of a team. No pro bowl players have to tell you something.
One of McDs best parts of being coach is his relationships with other nfl players. Maxx and McD have a great relationship. He has had some chit chat with bosa coming. He keeps the idea in the back of their mind.
Changing pieces on the chess ♟️ board doesn't change anything... Find a way to make what you have work, Kansas done it, Lions and Philly done it... Miami is there, just takes a spark to get this group who has the most talented in the league to a Superbowl
Nobody pay pass rushers for pressure you're paying for sacks. Pressure can disrupt plays, but sacks kill drives. The better qbs in the league will more often than not still make a play with pressure in their faces; but a sack will cause loss yardage and turnovers. Nobody feared Deacon Jones, Lawrence Taylor, or Bruce Smith because they got pressure, they were feared because they could destroy your offense. Chop has some great qualities you can't teach. But he's still raw and needs to be developed more.
If Miami makes it to the playoffs, which would be awesome, they would be playing the Bills in Buffalo, and we all know how that has worked out in the past.
Did you guys get a new editor or something? Thought your guy’s videos were great before but now they seem kind of rushed, and the episodes just end abruptly without a full conversation. Anyways rooting for you guys and fins up.
I don't see the fins entering the playoffs. They did almost impossible help, and the cards, are not going to fall our way. I am a diehard fins fan at 68. If we won more games we would be ìn the playoffs. I am residing in South Korea. For me I have to get up in the middle of the night to catch any fins game. I stop monitoring the games three weeks ago. I promise myself that if they made the playoffs I would return to getting up in hhe middle of the night. It's my bet that the playoffs isn't happening. At 68 I am not sure how many maybe next season I have remaining.
@phinhub I guess the comment got removed, but look up Nate Diaz or Nam Phan before and after videos of their speech, then go watch tua, and it sounds depressingly similar, and can be pretty rough to hear
Actually...the future does look bright. Grier hit on a number of possibly very good long term players this year in Chop, Smith, Dodson, Paul, and Brooks. Good players and possibly long term in Washington, Huntley and Wright. Lots of injuries but not Grier's fault in Tua, Chubb (no way keep him for those numbers), Jackson and Phillips (take the chance and resign if not too expensive). And, thankfully Grier did not sign long term deals with Holland (no way keep him) nor Phillips (not at his number a year ago). Still need to work on OL and some help in the defensive backfield some of which solved in the draft. But all teams have a week unit or two given the financial limitations.
@@williams1923 pursuant to our record against winning teams, the future does not look at all bright. The performance of the three units has been abismal. The fact that we have no pro bowlers this year should give you some insight. The fact that it is one of the least sought for jobs for a GM should do the same as well.
I disagree. The story this year - key injuries at positions were we could not sustain. Tua, Chubb, Phillips, Jackson and Armstead were the best players. Sign Huntley and we will be in much better shape as many of the big hits this year were Freshman. Future is bright.
@@williams1923 you make the stupidity of hiring injury prone players, that is what you get. The roster is a disaster and cap space as well. That is why the Dolphins GM job is one of the least desirable in the league.
The Miami Dolphins are just like the Miami Heat not going anywhere the quarterback is a CTE special no run game wide receivers are being under use. The coach was supposed to be innovative. The team is just soft stop dreaming.
This team, with all the injuries and our Franchise QB being kept from playing, is still in the playoff hunt going into the last week. This means Chris Grier's B-team is better than half the league. Allow that to sink in. Run it back!
If Huntley gets us to the playoffs, he should play in the playoffs. Tua can learn another lesson by sitting and watching his team succeed without him. He is missing games due to his own bad decisions... you would think a guy with his experience behind center would understand how to slide rather than run head first... evidently they don't teach that in judo class ...
What are you guys talking about not signing Jevon Holland? Are you serious? You two are the only people I've heard talking about letting him go. Are you joking? He single handedly saved the game vs the Jaguars. Has it been his best season? Certainly no, but he is one of the brightest youngest defensive players in the league.
@@omisokaomisokas5095 almost every analyst has provided the same insight on Holland. His tackling has simply been abismal and among the worst in his position in the whole NFL. Probably he is looking forward to move to another team, like Minnesota.

Agreed! The team is a mess. Ross needs to sell the team or we are losers till he croaks
Lot of draft picks & Chubb frees up 20mil. Loy of Pay Cuts especially TUA & Hill.
