It doesn’t make sense to fire him right now, he got the Dolphins their best season in forever & Tua’s injured often. He wasn’t there when Tua was drafted, he said they could win with him & they have. His health on the other is something else, only thing he could have done is got them a better backup QB I guess.

The problem with Miami is multifold. They can’t stop ANYONE. The coach is one dimensional. Offense. The rest of the league figured it out. Dolphins can’t win in cold weather. Tua is extremely injury prone. He does not have a big arm or even league average. He is accurate and he can throw a little on the run. The owner is in his 80’s and shows no urgency to fix any of this. What can change if this wreck is brought back again? Dolphins had good defense when they had a coach who is now with the Vikings. He complained about Tua and got exiled when he and Ross had their dustup. I definitely did not side with Ross for what he did. And we all know what he did, and did not.
