I fixed the belt today, but not the moped drives weird. When it’s on kickstand it’s sounds normal then soon as I lower it it sound weird and it barely accelerates it goes slow then it picks up speed. Does that mean I tightened the pulley too much? Also my rear wheel starts moving forward soon as I crank it up, it never did that before. Maybe I just have to break in the belt and it’ll work normally again?
@@chrisblockz3337 Have you tried to disassemble the variator and bell? because for me i had a lot of broken belt material all over. sometimes everything need to be cleaned with pressurized air
Looks easy but when i tried the belt wont reach over the front spindle. Like its too short. But its the same size and numbers as the old belt. Whats up with that?
So you put it around the clutch (right side) , then you pull it to the left, the clutch will go out a bit and make room for the belt. Then you can reach it!
I tried the hard way to change the belt without an impact wrench. I had no idea how tough it is to loosen the nut, so I had to purchase an impact wrench.

Would this condition cause your scooter to shut off immediately while driving and then give wretched no start noise when attempting to start again and not start? How did you manage to open the nut??? It just does not open one way or another.
need to use a power tool with "knock" function, works like a hammer. Not sure of the english name. Maybe torque wrench?
