what we want to know is, most of these pipes are old style, limited fall, yet the government is screaming save water, Yet they scream install dual flush on pipes designed for full flush- , Where is the plumbing industry standing up the the health department and saying these dual flush should only be installed in new estates with greater fall in the pipes, after all is said water is cheaper than a plumber... why is the health department not scream, DO NOT USE- "FLUSHABLE" WIPES ETC
