These comments plus video helped me dramatically. Thank you. I never thought to look at your timer. Someone else pointed that out. My time is 3:05, and it arrived today. Cleaned off them dusty screens while baselayr long lasting emolsion sat for 2.5 hours. Swiped 3 screens up ,put a heater in casement to dry screens and bam. It's an AMAZING UNIT.
@@JeromeKnowsNothing buahahaha awesome lol - Can't wait :) Currently starting my journey with emulsion screenprinting so I am youtubing everything haha
Depends on what emulsion from Baslayr you're using. If it's Long Lasting I tend to have times near 3 minutes. If it's their Complete, normally around 30 sec

Accurate for long lasting 3min. Complete i havent used yet. @JeromeKnowsNothing
whats the difference between this one and the one with vacuum ?
Vacuum won't need pressure on the screen
Were you putting cardboard on top of the 2" foam that came with the unit? I just bought the same exposure unit but haven't exposed a screen yet.
Yes. Helps the darkness for me
@@JeromeKnowsNothing Yeah, that foam piece that was included is what you're supposed to put in your screen for added compression when you expose.
this unit takes 3 minutes to expose?
No, the emulsion I used
Where can I get that chart?
Screenprinting.Com
where did you get that film registration template
From screenprinting.com
It actually came with the unit
@@JeromeKnowsNothing thanks man keep up the good work 🔥
Was your time at 3:25?
Using the Hybrid emulsion, yes
Mesh was a 150
@@JeromeKnowsNothing Ok , i thoguht i was the only one using longer times. lol Appreciate you getting back to me. Keep up the good work !
@@ricksanchez8192 yep
Times are based on emulsion
This emulsion has diazo so longer times
@@JeromeKnowsNothing You should try the Baselayr Plastisol Emulsion....EXCELLENT detail and you can expose 20-45 seconds !
@@celticmandoplayer just was told by Ryonet to try that
