The presidential form of government is much better than the Parliamentary form of government because that is more responsible towards people. We can take the example of nowadays when we are living again as slaves, the only difference is now we are under the rule of our own people.

Sir i have a doubt as you told that government can call you and tell you that you've 6 months for joining the parliament and after that you'll be the law minister...then you told that government has limited choice to choose their minister....then what is the conclusion???

No. I said, that Government has made me the Law Minister first. Then from that day, I have 6 months to get membership of any House (LS or RS).
If I do not become the member within these 6 months, then my Job as the Law Minister is no longer.
Remember, in these 6 months, I will be working as a normal full-time Law Minister, but, after these 6 months, I will be thrown out if I fail to get the membership of any House

Mai ye puchna chah rha hu...ki...centre mein jo sarkar bol rahe ho ap ...woh sarkar sirf council of ministers ka group hi hota hai bas......ya baki ke bjp mein member bhi count honge sarkar mein jo ministers nahi hai but mp hai....kyuki majority se bjp jeeti hai......
Only Council of Ministers comprise the government.

The Chapter on Parliament comes a little later in the Book.
So, Ministers are what you can call वजीर. And they are Members of the Parliament from the ruling party. There are many ministers who take up control of the Ministries (Foreign ministry, Defence Ministry, Finance Ministry, etc.). Each Minister is incharge of 1 or more ministry. They enable the whole Government in functioning on day-to-day basis.
Prime Minister is the head of the Government who is also a member of the Parliament.
They have to first clear the criteria of being a member of the Parliament (either by getting elected in Lok Sabha, or getting membership of the Rajya Sabha)
For being a minister in the Government, first condition is that you have to be the member of any House (LS or RS)
