My favorite slice of this treasure trove is “ it is uncomfortable and vulnerable to try new things we’re unsure about. An ingredient to learning and growing is a certain level of discomfort.” Thank you for making this video ❤
Thanks so much Fiona! That's a message I have to constantly remind myself of and it's in some ways the most important thing I want people to understand. Discomfort isn't a sign we are doing something wrong or shouldn't be doing something, it's a sign we're growing. (And a lesson I need constant reminding of myself.)

One joyful activity I learned as a musician is to put on a music app with a random playlist and just play and sing whatever song comes up. Now I don't do that so much because I rather prefer to play in my own key. But the joy of doing all that helped me find the right key, quickly. Funny enough, this activity translates to art. I put on the same music app and just draw from the video or album that comes up within the timespan of the song. This is fun, and I get to try out different things quickly.
