Obviously the biggest problem is 1. enemy on wave 1 requirement that can be fixed with her bond ce (but who runs bond ce in farming lol) (also tonelico can do it with 2 enemies onW1) 2.Many comps doesn't allow double vitch buffs in earlier waves so you might have damage dropoff on w1/2 She is def not a meta support tier but still very interesting nonetheless
If team cost and the first wave didn't get in her way, she would definitely be meta support! As it is now, she's definitely very useful, probably in the Ms. Crane/Merlin/Lady Avalon level of support vs Castoria/Koyan/S Skadi/Oberon

You need her to NP after your main damage dealer, but by that point everyone will be dead and with the way this game works she won't NP, thus she won't leave the field or buff your damage dealer the way you would want. Phenomenal for challenge quests... not good for farming.
The one point of caution on this is party cost. This support suite + an SSR attacker + 5* drop CEs has a 120 party cost, even with backline Mash, so you're forced to make CE concessions. But assuming you're farming something where you don't need CEs or the toughest node drops enough to make up for it, yeah this is amazing.
It’s good for regular event 90++ nodes, but not for lotto 90++. Using a bond CE in a regular event won’t hurt as much as a static number of currency is needed for all rewards. Lottos though, there is no cap so running a less CE efficient setup hurts more.
The fact they gave such a powerful and unique kit to a 4 star is amazing, but I hate that it's on a limited summer unit that comes with split rate ups and no pity....from my barghest rolls I can already tell I won't be able to use this setup
She is so good, and also just omni meta, no matter what or who needs the charge, she can provide, she also gives 20 Atk and 20 NP, and allows for easy access to 3 different supports, like, OMG

Using this setup, both NP1 Morgan and Kukulkan can deal over 500k damage on the final turn, putting them way ahead any of the other competitors If you have them at NP3 and grailed + Gold Fous, they can deal 1 million+ damage on turn 3 without hitting any of their anti-traits. If you have either of these two and the Buster supports, Summer Chloe may be a must have for you if you just want to clear a stage

If enemy is Man, she'll hit ridiculous amount of damage jumping to 840k-1000k with just her OC200% effect alone, and if you factor in Hikari Koyan's skill 2 then she'll hit 1000k-1280k damage. All of this are NP1 lvl90. Just calculate it yourself if you don't believe it Plushie already showed in this video how NP5 Morgan in this setup deals 2 million damage to each of the Man enemies, so you can compare that as well
It seems like its gonna require and three enemies on the first turn, party cost could be a problem and of course a ton of button presses but those damage numbers make it worth it 🤤
Tonelico can already Black Grail farm so Chloe doesn't add much besides more damage buffs The real key for Tonelico is Summer Castoria because they form one of the strongest multi core farming combination of ST and AoE Servants

Turn 1 : Arcueid skill 1 & 2 + chloe skill 1 + vitch skill 3 on arcueid Turn 2 : Chloe skill 2 & 3 (will swap with another vitch) + vitch skill 1 on arcueid -> swap vitch with oberon -> oberon skill 1 Turn 3 : vitch skill 1 & 3 on Arcueid + oberon skill 2 & 3 + arcueid skill 1
I think if i understand how her bond CE works, you can also use 30% farmers with maxed append from 0. It does require 2 enemies on wave 1 tho. Also i'm pretty sure there's a way to actually do some Arash farming with her now, that would be fun to watch
seems like the new meta is gonna revolve around multi-core farming now, with Tonelico giving 50 np aoe, summer Castoria with high ST damage + can give overcharge and summer Chloe either doing good ST damage herself or giving some aoe np charge for the team, i can see many crazy interactions here.
I'm not seeing anyone talking about that every single Buster AOE servant now can farm 3 turn x/x/x Requirements: Double Oberon, Chloe, Koyan and any Buster AOE servant with kaleido MLB or kaleido + append at lvl 10. Execution: Turn 1: Oberon - Buster AOE - Kuro: Use Kuro 1st skill and all buster aoe servant buffs that lasts for 3 turns. Turn 2: Oberon use all his charges on Buster AOE (70%) and swaps with the other Oberon, then the second Oberon uses his 1st skill (20%) and Chloe uses her 2nd and 3rd skill to swap with Koyan next turn and charge that 10% missing on the AOE servant (100%). Turn 3: Now Chloe has swapped with Koyan, use both charge skills with the Buster AOE and use all available buffs you have remaining. Overall: It's efficient or worth the effort? Not really. There are way better comps that are more efficient that this setup.In fact i think you can't even play with a full team with this comp... But you can 3 Turn with your best Buster AOE servant so that's all that matters!!

W summer Chloe, Oberon and Arash can make any quest with NP50 CE. All you have to do is to draw one or more Arash cards on 1st or 2nd wave(to enable Chloe S3 give Arash 80NP) by 99.7%(3002/3003) chance. Low cost and practical party imo.
In some aspect she kind of killed miss crane because she does similar things but more useful and versatile also due to being a 4 star her cost isn't that high opening up more other shenanigans

Wave 1=2 enemies refund at least 10% from arts np and get 20% from Chloe’s skills =30% for K.K.O. Black grail looping. Wave 1=1 enemy refund 10% from Chloe’s skill then with arts np you need 16.5% refund because Spishtar regenerates 3.5% per turn from Self-Restoration (Magical Energy) B. 16.5%+3.5%+10%= 30% with K.K.O. you can 3 turn Black Grail loop.

i still dont get it how Chloe 1st skill Buff that tied with normal attacking can be triggered by NPs? is this only applied in JP? or its only exception with Chloe? cuz i dont think Murasamasa gets a refund by his 3rd skill when he NP
its specified in the skills, Muramasa iit specficially says only on NORMAL attacks. if you check mori nagayoshi s2 for example it just says just when attacking so it works on NP as you can see the atk up and def down icon apply during his np. its all different cases and not universal rule. its just that this is the first time such thing is party rather than self only. and salter with the recent jp buff has the same thing as muramas but its on ANY buster card attack rather than just NORMAL attack and she gets the refund. she is also the only aoe unit with that

She isn't meta because she need the other two meta supports to work in the first place, AND her party cost to work in a 6 CE setup is way too high. Still a pretty good and fun unit if you ask me.
What I thought: W1 - 20 append + 30 charge + 50 Oberon, use Chloe buff, order change another Chloe in her place, again uses her buff. W2 - Morgan 20 charge + Oberon 20 charge + Chloe 60 charge, use Chloe order change skill to send back the first Chloe. W3 - Chloe 120 charge.

Was super hype *until* I worked out the party cost and realised you can't farm 6 slot with this though so it's pretty useless for lottos unfortunately. If we could have a little more party cost, if Chlo was special and only cost 10 for example, then it'd actually really cool because you'd have a reason to try and 4 star main attacker's instead of 5 stars but as is you'd be stuck with 3 stars for 6 slot
I said this in another comment, but yeah you’re right here. It helps with non-lotto events because more flexible CE cost and you only need a static amount of currency. But in lottos, you still have to get creative to run the most efficient setups. Basically, the more you are going to farm an event the more punishing the setup becomes for efficiency.
i dont get something the skill says she moves to the "last reserve slot", but she's switching with oberon (he's in slot 4) instead, why is that? that said, she looks pretty good, i wonder if she has enough dmg on her own NP to work on some swaps for 1-1-X nodes

If you have two face cards yes, but that has RNG of course. It also works with Chloe’s bond CE. However, that means you need to use the bond CE which means you lose out on a drop CE. Less of a deal on non-lotto events, but a bigger deal in lotto events. Also, using the bond CE would make 30% chargers work if there are at least 2 enemies on wave 1 (or one enemy + one face card).
Buster's niche is they don't care about the number of enemies u need to face, with the only drawback is that u cant use BG unlike the majority of Arts and some Quicks, now they're shedding this niche more and more with the likes of last year's Archtype Earth, Salter's latest skill upgrade, and now Chloe's inclusion in the game, but the drawback of blackgrail loop stays which is that it depends on the number of enemies on field (u need 2/2/X on Salter's case or 3/X/X on Chloe's case), you trade utility for power here basically. in all honesty no lvl 90 farming node needs these much fire power, ur usual 3 turn setup is already enough damage, these kinds of damage are reserved for the 90++ nodes but as we all know those come on case by case basis as the number of enemies are fked.
Not really, though she asks for hearts at lvl 8. More importantly, she works very well on 1/1/1, her battery is not tied to skill lvl and her offensive buffs aren't that strong. Still, mine is leveled up because i like her
She'll help with non-charge ce on lottos I suppose, if you don't mind the extra time, but her practicality is limited anywhere else since events generally have a 50% charge ce. You wouldn't use bg on those anyway, and the ones that generally need bg already have 100% charge on their kit. So unless they start coming out with 90+++, she's mostly just a neat party trick.
Party cost is the main issue, even a double chloe setup cant 6 CE lotteries, a chloe+Double koyan+oberon/every other 5 star supports is even worse, at around 120 cost whit mash in the backline.
no arjuna is still better because of his debuff dmg bonus and this chloe team is way too expensive in cost cant 6slot eveen on max levell with 115 cost

Turn 2: Oberon use all his charges on Buster AOE (70%) and swaps with the other Oberon, then the second Oberon uses his 1st skill (20%) and Chloe uses her 2nd and 3rd skill to swap with Koyan next turn and charge that 10% missing on the AOE servant (100%).
Turn 3: Now Chloe has swapped with Koyan, use both charge skills with the Buster AOE and use all available buffs you have remaining.
Overall:
It's efficient or worth the effort? Not really. There are way better comps that are more efficient that this setup.In fact i think you can't even play with a full team with this comp... But you can 3 Turn with your best Buster AOE servant so that's all that matters!!

Funny enough, OG Artoria could already Black Grail loop in a way before, with a max Mana Loading and a sacrificial Habertrot equipped with a NP charge CE on death (Battle of Camlann, Merciless One)
Now she can formally BG loop much easier. And it's quite funny that Artoria Alter just has 2 weeks of reign, only for OG Artoria to take it back again LMAO

It's hard to imagine Morgan to write manuscript for Chloe but I wouldn't say no to more blackgrail loopers.
W summer Chloe, Oberon and Arash can make any quest with NP50 CE. All you have to do is to draw one or more Arash cards on 1st or 2nd wave(to enable Chloe S3 give Arash 80NP) by 99.7%(3002/3003) chance. Low cost and practical party imo.

You also can use 30% battery servant if you unlocked Chloe's bond CE, It gives you 3 extra Manuscript Completion buff for 5 turn.
Actually, someone rushed to her bond CE and tested it. It doesn’t give all three charges at once; it instead gives one charge each of the first three times she enters the battlefield.

I can’t wait to try this system with space Ishtar in 2 years. If you arts np wave 1 when there is less than 3 enemies. Wave 1=2 enemies refund at least 10% from arts np and get 20% from Chloe’s skills =30% for K.K.O. Black grail looping. Wave 1=1 enemy refund 10% from Chloe’s skill then with arts np you need 16.5% refund because Spishtar regenerates 3.5% per turn from Self-Restoration (Magical Energy) B. 16.5%+3.5%+10%= 30% with K.K.O. you can 3 turn Black Grail loop.
So.. Chloe avanger's skill is basically miss Crane's NP

@@danweenthe bond ce give every body 3 stacks of charge from Chloe skill when beginning the fight, obviously with Chloe being released today, nobody has managed to get her bond ce yet, but it would look like this:
1. turn: append 20% + battery 30% + koyan 50%
2 turn kuro skill 6 stacks= 60% + plugsuit 2. koyan 50%
3. turn battery of cool down 30% , kuro skill switch out Oberon comes in 70%
So no Godjuna still nr 1

i still dont get it how Chloe 1st skill Buff that tied with normal attacking can be triggered by NPs? is this only applied in JP? or its only exception with Chloe? cuz i dont think Murasamasa gets a refund by his 3rd skill when he NP
its specified in the skills, Muramasa iit specficially says only on NORMAL attacks. if you check mori nagayoshi s2 for example it just says just when attacking so it works on NP as you can see the atk up and def down icon apply during his np.
its all different cases and not universal rule. its just that this is the first time such thing is party rather than self only. and salter with the recent jp buff has the same thing as muramas but its on ANY buster card attack rather than just NORMAL attack and she gets the refund. she is also the only aoe unit with that

She isn't meta because she need the other two meta supports to work in the first place, AND her party cost to work in a 6 CE setup is way too high. Still a pretty good and fun unit if you ask me.

What I thought:
W1 - 20 append + 30 charge + 50 Oberon, use Chloe buff, order change another Chloe in her place, again uses her buff.
W2 - Morgan 20 charge + Oberon 20 charge + Chloe 60 charge, use Chloe order change skill to send back the first Chloe.
W3 - Chloe 120 charge.

the few that can however, can now use literally the biggest damage steroid the game has (BG) she just increased the floor of 90++ farming
@@therranolleo468 it's not going to change a lot of things, the party cost is too high and requires mash to even 5 CE i think (a ssr dps and mash with full CE is 120 cost, a 4 star 116) it will probably be just to meme around. Why farm 90++ whitout good drop CE's if farming the 90+ whit the full drop party is way better?

Was super hype *until* I worked out the party cost and realised you can't farm 6 slot with this though so it's pretty useless for lottos unfortunately.
If we could have a little more party cost, if Chlo was special and only cost 10 for example, then it'd actually really cool because you'd have a reason to try and 4 star main attacker's instead of 5 stars but as is you'd be stuck with 3 stars for 6 slot
I said this in another comment, but yeah you’re right here. It helps with non-lotto events because more flexible CE cost and you only need a static amount of currency. But in lottos, you still have to get creative to run the most efficient setups.
Basically, the more you are going to farm an event the more punishing the setup becomes for efficiency.

Because when you move to the back spot, it moves everyone up by one not swaps people. Think of it like death instead of plugsuit

If you have two face cards yes, but that has RNG of course.
It also works with Chloe’s bond CE. However, that means you need to use the bond CE which means you lose out on a drop CE. Less of a deal on non-lotto events, but a bigger deal in lotto events. Also, using the bond CE would make 30% chargers work if there are at least 2 enemies on wave 1 (or one enemy + one face card).

Buster's niche is they don't care about the number of enemies u need to face, with the only drawback is that u cant use BG unlike the majority of Arts and some Quicks, now they're shedding this niche more and more with the likes of last year's Archtype Earth, Salter's latest skill upgrade, and now Chloe's inclusion in the game, but the drawback of blackgrail loop stays which is that it depends on the number of enemies on field (u need 2/2/X on Salter's case or 3/X/X on Chloe's case), you trade utility for power here basically.
in all honesty no lvl 90 farming node needs these much fire power, ur usual 3 turn setup is already enough damage, these kinds of damage are reserved for the 90++ nodes but as we all know those come on case by case basis as the number of enemies are fked.

Crane Grants a lot more damage than chloe, and also has crit support and invul, Chloe has more inmidate value, Crane is more for set up
Miss Crane is for burst damage but Kuro is for farming.

Not really, though she asks for hearts at lvl 8.
More importantly, she works very well on 1/1/1, her battery is not tied to skill lvl and her offensive buffs aren't that strong.
Still, mine is leveled up because i like her

She'll help with non-charge ce on lottos I suppose, if you don't mind the extra time, but her practicality is limited anywhere else since events generally have a 50% charge ce. You wouldn't use bg on those anyway, and the ones that generally need bg already have 100% charge on their kit. So unless they start coming out with 90+++, she's mostly just a neat party trick.
Party cost is the main issue, even a double chloe setup cant 6 CE lotteries, a chloe+Double koyan+oberon/every other 5 star supports is even worse, at around 120 cost whit mash in the backline.
Meh, still need 120 cost which means you're sacrificing 2 ce slot, not impressive

no arjuna is still better because of his debuff dmg bonus and this chloe team is way too expensive in cost cant 6slot eveen on max levell with 115 cost
@@MokoES ah doc due to party cost, you’d need a 3 star farmer or below to 6CE or BG+5CE. That’s good to know, cuz I invested a lot into my Godjuna and Gil (grails, gold fous, NP levels) and it’d suck if they were no longer competitive with Morgan and Tesla
