I have watched with enjoyment many Indian street food videos on RUclips. However, this business owner is something special. He looks after his staff ensuring they eat first, this is alone is a testament to his character and morals. He balances profit with fairness in relation to his customers. I wish him all the best with his business.
1 quintal is 100 kg. He repeatedly said 1.5 quintals of mutton sold daily which means 150 kg. But the subtitle shows 1500 kg which is wrong. 1500 kg is 1.5 tonne.

My TOP 2 things to do whenever I am in Bhubaneshwar. Kishore Mutton and Lingaraj Lassi ( only in summers though )
When he said "for me my staff is God not the customer" we have to agree on that without staff you can't do anything..a man can't run a hotel by himself he has to have someone to help him than only the business will run and that applies for all the business...ambani didn't become billionaire by himself they are employees who worked day and night for growth of his company...sadly if you look at hotel or any business especially some small scale businesses they don't give the respect they deserve the owner even use vulgar language while speaking to their staff..

I don't think it's 1500 kilos of mutton, and I dont think a Honda Activa can carry 1500 kilos or he adds 1500 kilos of onion to it. 😄
But what I love about this guy is that he worked himself from pair of Lungi (wrapped trousers) and Bicycle. That he feeds his staff first and tastes the food himself and has not forgotten his humble origins despite people of power visiting. He has invested in what is of value, the quality of his product and not fashionable decor of his joint.
Finally the passion and dedication and all the above that can lead to Pride in one's own achievements, that is well earned!

When I see this video it changes my perception about the way people prepare their food in India. This one so far is good and hygienic with a very good owner and staffs.

The thing is in our Odisha the mutton curry this type of cooking you can find everywhere in villages and cities but slowly due to works and laziness both people tend to buy more than cook themselves. Now Kishore bhaina provides the same taste and that's why we love it. The taste still and will exist for him with decent price. Enjoy
