When I can't figure out what to make I make "grown up butter noodles" I add toasted pine nuts, fresh basil (if its winter than the fresh basil butter I froze) grated and shredded Parmesan with of course salt and pepper. So delicious. I actually ate that tonight and I used a cheese tortellini for the pasta, omg it was amazing. Use a lot of basil, I'm telling you, if you don't like sauce this is a new way to do pasta
