I agree wholeheartedly, it feels like a mix of old and new
It has the buginess of the of the original Sonic.exe, as well as the same gameplay style and premise of being a walking simulator, while also mixing in disturbing, gorey, scary, stylized sprites of the modern era Sonic.exe games
It all blends together to create an off-putting yet horrifying atmosphere
