Just curious; what did you do for the shading since, to me, it looks like you used a pink/purple hue for both of them. But I might be wrong. (Also, I noticed your reply since you said overlay, and barely anyone uses overlay or mentions it, and I use it alot. XD)

I generally cant handel blood, so it did put me a little off, bit not too much(heck you last years social studies teacher for showing us war movies with lots of blood and violence. Tom didn't exactly kill tord but hit his giant robot instead to his left hip ;) did you pause at The End at the last bit where Tom shot the harpoon to tord's robot. If you look closely, at the blood dripping off of Tom's hand, down his arm, right where Tord's back is, you can see that, Tom's fingers are bloody, but not the back of the spear itself, and I don't know why this is bothering me so much. Or the fact that the harpoon's edge is bigger than the hole in Tord's chest.
Also, if Tom doesn't have eyes, (Or maybe they are black holes, '\_(-3-)_/') does that mean he can cry? How does he see? If he were to get glasses, what prescription would he get? Why DOESN'T he need glasses? Does he have 20/20 vision? Is his vision better than 20/20 vision? And if whatever happen to his eyes, happen to him as a kid, why haven't they gotten fixed? CAN it be fixed?
The world may never know...
