It's just an ordinary pry sir... small knife can do the job.

so anything we have to change in settings or just changing the ram is enough

Hi... It did'nt mention in official website if it support 1 stick of 16GB RAM. But if you ask me i recommend 2 stick of 8GB of RAM for dual channel.

An update:- Few days back I tried to install 8gb ram on my hp 14s ryzen 3, I had broked a lot of locks in my laptops. Hp laptops has worst build quality, and one should avoid buying them, laptop is working fine.

You need to your laptop supplier to ask permission... if granted, then you can proceed. if not, you need to bring to authorized service center of your laptop
