Most of the characters in DC and marvel are far from universal, in most cases even in comics most DC and marvel heroes are barely planetary if that. I’m leaving out actual gods like the ones listed by other commenters because they aren’t really considered DC heroes and most of the time never interfere in the course of the comics.
