Your body can handle morbid obesity if you're young but as you get older your joints will go believe me I know firsthand. The ingestion of high quantities of sugar/carbohydrates causes inflammation in the joints and brings on early osteoarthritis that eats the joints away.
An emotional trauma is usually the culprit in most of these cases when they were young many sexual abuse victims that substitutes food for feelings and that's the bottom line for all of this. It's hard to imagine someone being able to feel good while they eat but that's only a short-term good feeling because afterwards the guilt comes and the depression which only causes a person to run to their food pacifier again the endless cycle of gaining weight being able to do less and doing less speeding up the weight gain.

Idk man it’s just something worth looking into. I’ve become way less prone to strains and injuries since lowering inflammation honestly.
Bread / pasta is super fucked always tho. It’s hectic bad. Only exception is basically Europe style unmodified grain which isn’t easy to get.

I saw his transformation and I am so proud of him! He looks absolutely fantastic and I love seeing all these wonderful people that do take the seriously and do take their health in account and lose all the weight. The transformations are incredible and I am so proud that they took the initiative and did the hard work to lose all that weight! It takes a lot of willpower, motivation, hard work, and perseverance in order to accomplish this and when I see the people from the show that really take the seriously and lose like three four 500 lb, it's truly inspiring and it really makes me happy to see that they are finally living their happiest and healthiest life! ❤️ ❤️. I always thought the show was trying to expose people and make them look worse and exploiting them. However, after seeing the results of a lot of people's body and seeing the journey they went through in order to become the person they've always wanted is truly wonderful and it makes me very happy for them!

He didn't have to get rid of everything. Peanut butter is protein, good thing. Just need moderation. I'm trying to lose weight. Never thought I'd get to 200. But for past week & continue on, 3 meals, no soda or high sugar drinks. Past week, I weighed myself, read 197. I can deal with that. If I can exercise a lot more, & continue moderate 3 meals no soda or sugar drinks, I should get down to 185 by the end of the year, & hopefully around 170 by summer hits. That's my goals.
