This unit definitely has a brake light function i have 2 of them and they both work great. When you stop peddling and the unit sences forward thrust it applies the brake light function for 2 seconds. Once you release your brake and apply again it comes on again for 2 more seconds. It takes about 6hrs to fully charge and you also have 3 horn sounds to choose from. You can set the alarm sensitivity from 1-7 i belive its set at 7 from factory which is most sensitive. Once you snap the unit to the mounting bracket its not coming apart unless you break it trying. They say you can and they say its extremely hard to separate and their correct so dont try and take it off unless you un screw it to charge it. I just charge it on the bike.
Yeah I just ordered. I chose the one with the classic watch bezel remote. I believe with it flush against my bike stem it will allow me to twist and remove more easily.
Hi there! Unfortunately there is no brake light functionality. It is only a tail light. You can change the different tail light modes, but nothing with braking. There are some other brake light options out there, but not sure of their reliability.
The brake light works fine. Don't listen to people who say there is no brake light function. It has a motion sensor in it so when it's moving from riding and you brake the fluid inside moves forward and triggers the brake light function for 2 seconds. It works great.
I hate that they go Fancy with the turn signals it should just flash on and off. I'm afraid some drivers will be too stupid to realize that it's a blinker.
Gracias por el video. Yo lo quiero comprar para mi patinete electrico pero no acabo de ver como adaptarlo al guarda barros trasero y que no quede una chapuza. p.d. creo que tambien tiene acelerometro.
How do you know it's actually working if it's behind you? You can hear things like the turn signal, the alarm, etc, but you can't SEE the brake light, turn signals, etc. I've asked people to look while I ride by & not getting the warm & fuzzies I was hoping for.
Thanks for the review, do you know if you buy the 2 pack version of this... can you have 2 lights on the bike (one in front, other in back) and have it all work with 1 remote?
Hi👋. I haven’t opened it up to see specifically what type of battery it takes but it’s def one of the circle type CR#### batteries. I can’t find the manual at the moment, but once I open it up I’ll let you know!
@brandonboss6868 unfortunately no visual effect other then it just stops working. I can tell you it works great. The break light works great the lights are very bright and there is a distinct sound between the left and right turn signal. The alarm also is very responsive to a slight touch. I would definitely purchase this again..hope that helps.
I'm a new rider and I don't understand how this brake light works..... When I stop peddling the forward thrust stops but I don't want the tail light to come on. I stop peddling several times when I am riding but I am not stopping. Can bigguy give us a better explanation (or anyone) .
You know that's a really nice looking blinker system if it had a better mounting system if you got a rack on the back of your bike and a bag how are you going to mount it to the the pole of the bike and be able to see anything the bag will block it all that wasn't really smart of them on how you can hook it onto your bike they ought to be more than one way
Oh I didn’t even think of that! Yes definitely would be a good accessory for the LZR! You still planning on changing up your rides?? Haha Spencer always wants to be in the videos!
@@ErockRodz Spencer is made for RUclips 👊🏼👊🏼. Unfortunately, I’m still considering it. It’s getting pretty bad with all the bans here in NYC 🥹. I love this bike but I may have to
Yes it is a brake light. It has a motion sensor inside and when you stop peddling the sensor senses you thrusting forward and activates the brake light for 2 seconds. Works great. It is probably the best light on the market.
It’s controlled by the wireless remote, but it’s really in a “sleep mode” in a sense when you activate and deactivate. I believe you can also long press the button on the unit itself to turn on and off.

This will be my next purchase thank you 🤝🏾💯
I have this light and it is absolutely legit!! Ups the cool factor of my E-bike too!!
I've got this on my ebike and love it. I've own it so far a year.❤️❤️❤️
That’s awesome! I haven’t done extensive testing, but I really like it so far! I am curious Joel not the battery will last.
Great Job showcasing this cool accessory 🙌💯🙌
Thank you Mr. E! I appreciate you watching!
Does the Brake Light actually work? Does it have a break light? How does the brake light work. Can you do a video on the brake light please

Vant they just turn the alarm off by clicking the button on the bike?

Such a good accessory !!
Yeah buddy! 🙏
Clear and crisp review video. Just curious... Can the sensitivity (anti-theft) be adjusted? Thanks
Hi👋 thank you very much! Unfortunately I don’t believe you can change any of the sensitivity setting. It’s still pretty good in my opinion!
@@ErockRodz I just received this unit, you can change the sensitivity-it's in the manual.😊

I wonder if you could pair 2 of these to the same remote
How to adjust the tail light sensitivity and the other 2 modes of the horn buzzer ?
How will I know if it's fully charged 🤔
Have one,.. get one. You’ll like it too.
I got two! Got one for another bike as well!

It takes about 6 hrs to fully charge it.
How long does it last?
@brandonboss6868 depends on how long you use it but I ride 1hr each day and it usually last about 3 weeks charge.
@@bigguy1403 okay that makes me feel better and more inclined to purchase this. Does it have a battery indicator at all?
Like can you see if it's almost dead?

What's keeping song from turning on the alarm off when you're away?
Hello! You disconnect the remote from the handle bars and take it with you. It will stay armed until you turn it off.
Well done bro

Hey Don. Yes I agree, it would have been nice to have some other mounting options! I am sure some may think of some DYI options to mount it!
It looks pretty good and those turn signals are pretty cool. If I end up with the LZR i think this'll be going on the seat post! Ride on! lol

Is the controller waterproof?
The unit itself says it’s waterproof, but I don’t believe the controller is. It is easily detachable if needed.
