I was in my forties when I first heard Counting Crows through listening to alternative radio with my Millennial generation sons. I'm 70 now, so I'm fine with this! It actually makes me feel young! 😄(I love Adam. I've seen him in several interviews now, and he's such a wonderful, regular guy. He's funny, too!)

Hi everyone, if you ever become a diabetic please concider zucchini as a pasta or pizza crust replacement. Sure it isn't as good but it isn't bad. Sauce has carbs, it will let you have more sauce.

This is so easy to veganize, we're adding it to our meal plan for next week. Looks absolutely delightful. I know this video is like a year old now. But thanks for the recipe XD
Jesus Adam, you need help. if you could get a hand emulisfier blender, you could have done this in one pot. One deep pan. olive oil. onions. garlic. chilis whatever. add zuchini. add spinach. add stock...buzz it up with the emulsion blender...usually for an extra step. strain the soup through a fine mesh strainer. add salt pepper to taste...kick ass brother!
Sorrel tastes great, but remember to eat it in moderation Adam, Oxalic acid can play hell on the body in many ways.... BTW, been a Counting Cows fan from the beginning, and will always be. Good luck with the tour, our family wishes you all the best.

Why not just use water instead of stock with the flavour from the leek, courgette and spinach?
