That sounds delicious. You can't go wrong with those ingredients. Something I picked up from doing Blue Apron recipes - to that pan I would add 2-3 Tbsp of butter and like 2/3 Cup of pasta water. Stir to combine and melt the butter and it turns out totally incredible.

I liked it a bit, but ravelstein talked too much about Greek works I hadn't read as much about. I'd taken mythology, so I got a bit of it. You're an interesting fellow.
