San Juan Airport Plane Spotting: Flying Shoe Boxes & More!

- Welcome to a sizzling summer day at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, where I've captured the bustling aviation scene in all its glory! Watch a dynamic array of taxiing, takeoffs, and smooth landings, featuring both the regular airline traffic and some unique aircraft that add a special flair to the skies such as Regional Security Systems' Metroliner aircraft, as well as Air Cargo Carrier's Short 360 aircraft.
*Special note: I am aware that the Short SC.7 Skyvan is the original aircraft nicknamed "The Flying Shoebox" However, given that the Shorts 360 is a stretched model of the original SC.7, its similar appearance has shown to be popular to have the same nickname as its predecessor.

Beautiful capturing ❤
Thank you very much!
I’m sure I have some stick time in those old Shorts from when they were operating as American Eagle in KORD.
Dang I really miss the jetBlue embraer190 coming here to P.R
Same :(
A300 UPS is very nice.
Excellent video 😊😊
thanks for the video.. ❤
epic video
Thanks broo
An Air show announcer once described the Shorts 360 as a "Winnebago with wings".
That sure seems like quite a few 360's...
Air Cargo Carriers out of KMKE has a bunch they operate......
I loved flying the passenger versions of these planes back in the day (short commutes in Florida). They look boxy on the outside, but the straight sides of the fuselage make the interiors feel a lot bigger from the inside.
I fly the 360 out of SJU for Air Cargo.
How are they to fly @@deansailer? They look like they would handle like a late '70s Ford LTD, but I sure liked the passenger experience back in the day.
Buen video hermano🤙🏻👍🏻
Muchas gracias!! 🤘🏼
Love the video, plus new subscriber.
