What I like about this video is she says it's okay if we did it wrong, it's fine, just keep trying to figure out how our own body works and move and how the movement is gonna look different because our bodies are all different. It's very reassuring for a beginner trying this for the first time.
I appreciate the way you explained the movement. I understood and will practice it often over the next few days until I feel ready to do more of the moves in this set. However, I will definitely take a look at what's in store for me because it looks very interesting!
+Carmen Valentic great Carmen, because if you don't practice these very basics enough you most likely don't pay attention to the details and practice without the required body awareness - and you miss out on everything essential :)
Thank you ♥️ Have you seen that I have those videos (and many more) inside my online platform, where you can rate yourself and keep an overview of what you already know?
Great! No, don't engage your lower abs. If you relax them and your butt too, you will activate your pelvic floor. That's much better: you move from the inside out and work on your pelvic power.
I am able to do this but it's difficult to maintain the stance for the full 5 minutes as it strains my knees. I stand as normal and move my knee joints and maybe do a few squats. Then I go back to practicing the movement.
+Carmen Valentic what you can also do to improve your technique of the hip tilt is doing it while not moving, for example in sitting, then you just engage your pelvic floor and lower abs. Then when you start the movement again, you will see what I meant :)
+Debbie Cole relax and repeat and listen to listen to your body along the way - I know it's not a sexy answer, but mastery takes practice and patience :)

Thanks Coco. Are you lifting from the "neutral" posture (tailbone tucked in) upward?
Yes 😀
She is too cute
