If you haven't already made a video about it I'd love a video on how to nurture relationships as a nonprofit leader. It's always talked about and I have a rough idea of how it's done, but for a business like a NPO it's obviously a lot more people than your usual circle of friends and community members, so I'd love more on how to not burn out while trying to start & nurture relationships and what some good ways are to nurture relationships with people newly added to your connections or other executive directors, especially when starting out when work capacity is at its limit a lot.
I feel that way not wanting to talk to others about my nonprofit. I feel like there’s a lot of competition in the youth work. I’m always hesitant on who to speak with in my community. My nonprofit is also a Christian organization thank you for this video it helped me a lot 😊

I would consult with a lawyer in your state but the purpose of a nonprofit isn’t for one person to control it
My housing development is a failing non profit thank god I am not running it. Thank u for your content.
