    सादर अभिवादन एवं नमन।आपका वीडियो देख कर ही प्रोत्साहन मिलता है। मैं रोज सुबह बिस्तर पर लेट कर अधिकांश सौ 😊 से अधिक साइकिलिंग करता हूं। ईश्वर जाने कब पूर्ण रूप से सफलता मिलेगी। सादर जय श्री राम जी की। मेरी उम्र 72वर्ष है और पिछले बारह सांसें घुटने दर्द करते हैं परंतु आपरेशन नहीं कराने का संकल्प ले लिया है और प्राकृतिक पैरों पर ही अच्छा लगता है, कृपया अन्य अभ्यास से अवगत कराने की अनुकम्पा कीजिएगा। सादर आभार।

    Very good excercise I will do daily and try to get the problem of my knees solved. I walked 10000 steps daily if walking is not good

    नमस्ते sir मैं दुबई में काम करता हूं sir मेरे घुटने में दर्द होता है जांच रिपोर्ट में गैप कम हो गया है और मैं 4महीने से एक्सरसाइज कर रहा हूं लेकिन मुझे आराम नहीं मिलता है तो सर कृपया मुझे सलाह दीजिए कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए और sir मुझे कमर से नीचे की मांसपेशी और पैर में नीचे भी दर्द होता है तो सर मुझे सलाह दीजिए की 3मैं क्या करूं

    I couldn't walk due to knee pain but I can do cycling easily. Doctor advised me to walk but I prefer cycling. Today I got similar view from a doctor. Thanks.

    Very good video. I am doing the cycling in bed that is giving me progressive relief from pain . Off and on I do cycling in open field that has brought a young man like flexibility in my knees and the pain has suddenly vanished though I was diagnosed with 2nd stage O.A.Thanking you,Sir, for great work being done by you.

    Good advise sir,otherwise now a day's you go to orthopedic surgeons for consultation they write Total knee replacement,the didn't take tha pain to give advise of exercise.
