These guys deserved to be bigger than loads of other bands. Not enough promotion. I only knew of them through seeing Andy Sneap at Nottingham Rock City nightclub around 1990. Someone told me who he was so bought first 2 Albums and very impressed. Bought the live recording of a show on VHS video back then. 🤘
I was at that same gig, came up from Portsmouth with my girlfriend on the back of my bike, we were massive fans and had the pleasure of meeting Martin in the bar area before he was due to play, he was an absolute gentleman, and had a wonderful 20-30 mins with him talking about so many things, bought him a can of beer and kept that empty can as a souvenir for years 😂

Had pleasure to see them again live in Glasgow bout 10yrs ago. Martin apologised for his voice b4 the gig in Ivory Black's. He needn't have bothered. They never missed a beat. Was awesome gig.
How's the rabbit hole? The first 2 albums are poetic genius combined with some top shelf thrash musicianship. If you like this check out the first 2 Skyclad albums. Still pretty heavy and poetic lyrically but with folk elements.

La banda se separó en 2010. Una de las mejores agrupaciones y más infravaloradas en este subgénero. Imposible no notar su exponencia composición lírica, música brutal y riffs de otro nivel.

Есть в коллекции на сидюшках два их альбома- 88, 89. Причём, 89 слушал ещё в школе, на кассете, в 90- м.
