Hello Anna! Funny the picture that instantly came in my mind when I saw the question about the ladie's outfits was Samantha's in the red dress! That has been my style and attitude since.....I discover my self and my confidence!!! Everytime I put on a red dress like this.......boom 💥
Omg yes! The dress she wore to Brady"s bday party the episode she suffered a miscarriage & the dress she had on when Trey suggested picking out a ring in front of the store I thought for sure would of made the list.
This list needed a lot more of Charlotte! Her style was preppy chic and classic! She broke the mold boldly several times during the series and you slept on a lot of her stylish looks.
Just wanted to write the same thing. Charlottes looks were always on fleek und elegant since her character is elegant. But maybe Anna wanted not to show us the obvious outfits 😊
I actually think Miranda's fashion was underrated. She's the only one in the series with a more realistic day time job and who had to work with unusual/uncommon features like her hair. Carrie worked like 2 hours a day and rarely showed up at an office. Charlotte didn't work for a large portion of the show. Sam was independent without a boss or dress code. Don't get me wrong I love their styles but Miranda and sometimes Charlotte are most realistic for me Monday-Friday sometimes Saturday.
@@tapped564 Agree… Miranda was styled with a color sense that wasn’t garish. There was a slight edginess which Charlotte’s character lacked. Charlotte at times had predictable preppy/conservative style. It was tasteful and tailored and safe.

I think Charlottes ensembles in Sex in the City 1 and 2 makes a list of there own. She was always the best dressed in my opinion. Carrie was trendy, Samantha was sexy, Miranda was professional and Charlotte was timeless.
It's a wonderful series, the lives of 4 lady friends, it's a journey of fashion, friendship, and so much more. I was always so happy with the way the series ended, but watching the whole series makes it all the better.

Carrie was always hit and miss to me for fashion, but I loved Samantha's looks, especially her business attire. She really nails using bold color but in a good way. Poor Miranda always seemed like an afterthought, but when they finally started paying attention to her wardrobe by the end of the series and the movies, they seemed to finally nail a good aesthetic for her. I hope they carry that on in the reboot. Anna, one show I'd love for you to analyze is Revenge on ABC. Its set in high society Hamptons and supposed to be the extreme upper class. I'd love to see what you think of their looks.

Hi there. Bright make up is actually always elegant. It just doesn't suit everybody. I think it depends on the person's skin? Bright colors can sometimes be choosy with skin type and temperature..

It is a work in progress! I have so much of the elegant pieces, but when you have 3 kids in 6 sports, us moms are just happy to brush our hair! But I do have a corporate job, and get to dress up daily. My struggle is the weekend during kids events. I have ditched most of my denim jeans, and now wear my colored jeans and regular trousers. But today, I had to run to Target for , so I had to throw on leggings and a hoodie. It’s hard to be elegant at 26 degree weather, running with the kids to Target. But, like you’ve said, it’s a work in progress. I’ve taken some big steps already, and while I don’t know if I’ll be 100% elegant, 100% of the time (especially with 3 young kids), I sure will implement her ideas, to get close to 100%, as much as possible.

Miranda’s fashion was my favorite, especially in the later seasons. She had so many great outfits and hairstyles as the show progressed.
