Love your new perspective on working out. I think it’s so important for people to realize that relying on motivation for working out (or anything really) is just not reliable or realistic. There’s got to be self-discipline or it won’t work out, (Pun intended)

Ohhh caffeine headaches are the worst. I would have them every time I skipped coffee, too! Stopping to have daily coffee did the trick for me. I have matcha or decaf coffee instead and a real coffee like once, maybe twice a week and this way left the caffeine headaches in the past!😊
