This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 909 subs and > 700 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
I have been following Huberman for a while. You are always stretching yourself and bringing your audience along. Way to go. Great content setting your sleeping patterns per Huberman is really effective. I used his suggestions when I had a major exam (career type exam) to take and I passed it on the first try. Again, you are providing solid content. Continued success!
9:18 I started putting a bit of cold water on my eyes in the morning to wake them up and I keep rose water inside a spray bottle in the fridge and spray my face with that to help wake me up and “smell the roses” 😂❤ it’s helped a lot and I’ve been able to commit to 6 am routines now. Also thank you for this video! It’s inspiring and interesting 🫶🏼
Love love love how you took the concept and made it your own. I too often get caught up in the all or nothing approach and this was a great reminder to make things fit into my life not the other way around.
Nidra yoga to me is like a Power Nap. I used it when I was in commission sales and it helped me center myself. By the way, it helped me exceed my goals.
I also practice Yoga nidra it’s a great meditation, but in my opinion yoga nidra not for morning bc I f practice it in the mornings, I will end up sleeping 😅
You give me motivation to still go and fight for my dreams you don't have no idea how your vlogs affects the rest my day and give me hope in my life love you and wish you all the happiness in the world
